Lady behind the register with long braids had a stank attitude. Her face was stank, her breath probably stank too and she messed up the order. The Starbucks a few blocks away has better customer service.

I live in the neighborhood and sometimes visit this location - most of the time my visits are nice, there are a few employees who are welcoming and friendly and I always make sure to tip when they are there!

Today (11/2) around 11:30AM the woman that was making drinks was so rude, and not only to me but to other customers. She was super passive aggressive and it made me want to walk right out of that store without even receiving my full order. I understand that people nowadays don't go to Starbucks for stellar customer service and mostly just convenience.. but if I am choosing to spend my money here the least you can do is be a bit nice?

Anyways, not giving 1 star only for the other great people that work here. I hope this sour person either gets her act together or moves on.

05/30/24..I stated afterwards waiting for my drink. I'm sorry I didn't hear my name called ..The barrister with the goo chi classes replied to me " her hooked on phonix class never worked" implying she can't read " ...my opinion she shouldn't have such job.The location is great for one they are luckily next to a police station and few tall buildings..enough business to keep the business running ....I'd say my favorite drink are sold out about 65% of the time .....but ...MY BIG ISSUE HERE IS THE TIME THEY CLOSE DOORS .. AND MOBILE ORDER SERVICE GET TURNED OFF A WHOLE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE DOWN ...MY DRINKS ..ARE NOT ALWAYS MADE TO SATISFACTION....MOST WORKER ARE FRIENDLY.... IN DOOR SITTING WELL..LETS SAY THEY LOVE THE FACT COVID CAME AROUND SOO THWY DON'T HAVE TO DOO EXTRA WORK TO CLEAN TABLES.. EVEN A TABLE OUTSIDE ON NICE DAYS WOULD HELP ..BUT NOT EVEN THAT...SEEM TO ME THE PLACE HAS A SELFISH VIBE ..

UPDATE! I talked to management and they said there is nothing they can do about people who inhabit the seating area inside this location and don’t buy anything. WHAT?! So it’s a free for all of unpaying people lounging about and disrupting actual PAYING CUSTOMERS with video calls etc. I hope someone from upper management sees this and can manage this location better.Another UPDATE: indeed, Starbucks policy ALLOWS this! Wow. Corporate needs to visit this location and rethink that!! “Starbucks' Third Place Policy states that anyone who visits a Starbucks is a customer, regardless of whether they make a purchase. Customers are welcome to use the store's spaces, including the cafes, patios, and restrooms, without buying anything. Customers can sit in the cafe for as long as they like, as long as they don't pose a safety threat to themselves or others. If a customer is a safety threat, employees should call the police, but they can't ask the customer to leave.”Great location usually, but - and I hope management sees this review - it is frequently interrupted by people who don’t buy drinks or anything and sit and talk loudly on video calls, etc. There is a woman next to me chatting at full voice on a video call about her …probation! And court dates! And hasn’t bought a thing. It adds a very unsavory element to an otherwise beautiful location and the staff needs to keep on top of this! It’s actually kind of odd for a quiet Starbucks that the staff doesn’t seem to care about this…

With all due respect, every single time the black lady ( am sorry - I don’t know her name) serves me - she never listens what am requesting, always messes up my order ( & I always address her as mam ), & if you request to please make the order correctly ( coz it’s always wrong) - she be making faces. Well, first of all you are always multitasking when am giving the order. ( nothing wrong with that but if you can’t multitask don’t do it) . Every single time am ordering - she is like here & there doing other things while pitching in my order in the machine. She won’t even listen properly- and this ain’t free coffee. Am paying for it. And I am not saying she is racist but I don’t see no prob with other customers of the same color. This has happened to me thrice & that’s why am putting this review.

I’ve ordered 2 egg bites 1 feta and spinach wrap and two cake pops and no drink because their coffee sucks since time time ago but I still like their egg bites they gave me 3 wraps after waiting f 20 mins for my order. ImThey were bus yes, but the difference between a wrap and an egg bite is huge. They’ve ruined my breakfast and my morning, is different to wait the get what you ordered than wait forever and to receive something I don’t even eat! I was such in a rush I had to take it with my and when i bite into it was just disgusting. Soggy bacon, tortilla and potato perfect recipe to get fat faster! They should have a better nutritional chef who knows mixing carbs on your first meal is just not good. At least I got the cake pop which I ordered because is FRIDAY folks but really this is way small coffee shops took over.
