With all due respect, every single time the black lady ( am sorry - I don’t know her name) serves me - she never listens what am requesting, always messes up my order ( & I always address her as mam ), & if you request to please make the order correctly ( coz it’s always wrong) - she be making faces. Well, first of all you are always multitasking when am giving the order. ( nothing wrong with that but if you can’t multitask don’t do it) . Every single time am ordering - she is like here & there doing other things while pitching in my order in the machine. She won’t even listen properly- and this ain’t free coffee. Am paying for it. And I am not saying she is racist but I don’t see no prob with other customers of the same color. This has happened to me thrice & that’s why am putting this review.

I ordered normal ice pink drink, it taste good, but this is what I left after drinking. I probably had less than ten sips in total, theres all of the ice and hardly any drink.

I’ve ordered 2 egg bites 1 feta and spinach wrap and two cake pops and no drink because their coffee sucks since time time ago but I still like their egg bites they gave me 3 wraps after waiting f 20 mins for my order. ImThey were bus yes, but the difference between a wrap and an egg bite is huge. They’ve ruined my breakfast and my morning, is different to wait the get what you ordered than wait forever and to receive something I don’t even eat! I was such in a rush I had to take it with my and when i bite into it was just disgusting. Soggy bacon, tortilla and potato perfect recipe to get fat faster! They should have a better nutritional chef who knows mixing carbs on your first meal is just not good. At least I got the cake pop which I ordered because is FRIDAY folks but really this is way small coffee shops took over.

Customer service here sucks, rude staff, they floor is always dirty, and they don’t even have restrooms for the customers. Very downscale from what I know Starbucks to be. This is probably the ghetto one. SMH!!!

I came to Brooklyn as a Canadian and I just wanted to say the Starbucks workers here are way friendlier than the ones back home or maybe I just had a good experience at this specific Starbucks one of the workers I don’t know his name, he’s a black young man with dreadlocks and tattoos is so cute and friendly he was talking to my sons and making jokes with them, and I wanted to come on here and hopefully he sees this but thank you you made my sons day and he’s fast and made our drinks less than 5 min and they were made with love. Very handsome and nice young man , hopefully he gets a raise.

I ordered a "Tall" refresher. There were 3 workers. 2 were making drinks. I was patiently waiting for my order and the people who came way after me from the line got their drink and FOOD before me. Both customers had a cold drink as well and venti size. Where my drink is less complex and smaller, regardless I had to wait longer and the lady barista asked the woman what drink she is waiting for, knowing I didn't come to Starbucks to just stand there and stare at her be a turtle. I am a regular customer who always gets the same drink. Then the other employee take his time. He chooses what/ who drink to make. Most baristas in this location should not be a barista. The drinks are expensive as it is and it's disappointing to waste my whole drink on an order even when it's a mobile same situation. Even the printers print very slowly that the time I get there it's printing. This location needs to be closed or hire a whole new set of real baristas that are passionate in what they do and have the basic skills to be attentive to who's been waiting and even the time of when I placed my order will validate that I ordered before the people who ordered after me.

After walking around all day and perversely have a venti coffee from Starbucks, I really needed to go to the bathroom, being from Chicago, IL knowing that every establishment in the city have to have a restroom for 20 or more seats and for paying costumers myself and the 3 others with me decided to walk a little further from our car to the Starbucks on Gold Street in Brooklyn New York. We walked in and as my husband is asking where their bathrooms are myself and my friend are waiting in line to place the order. Well they didn’t care that they had customers they were too busy telling my husband there’s no bathrooms while he asked where they (the employees go) he said that’s just for us. Very rude employees didn’t greet us or have a smile on their face, makes me wonder if they work against their will or if they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. We understand rules are rules but at least have better customer service. After all this were still deciding if we want another coffee or a refresher, they just walked away from us like we weren’t even there. Very disappointing
