Stop by 12/12 at 8:37pm and they said they were closed. When hours online say they are open until 9pm. Very unprofessional, update your hours then.

It was not that busy. Staffs you need to work quickly! You don't let your customer stand there 5 minutes just watch you work slowly instead to just take the order first and have the customer sit and wait aside...

The costumer service was horrible i asked for a iced latte with blonde expresso shots and they gave me 4 pumps of vanilla when i asked to exchange they told me to throw it out infront of them she didnt even turn around to adress me and the boy was making sly remarks after i had to speak up for the third time and ask because my moms diabetic and cant have too much sugae

This is a great location. The decor is nice and comfortable and the food and drinks are great. Theres also a bathroom. One complaint though, got a refresher at this location and they didn’t put the dried pieces of fruit in it. Please understand that this is integral to the drink, so if you’re out of these fruit pieces note it in the app and I’ll order something else. Thank you!

Today we decided to take shelter from the rain in the cozy embrace of our local Starbucks.
We ordered sandwiches and coffee, and — oh miracle of miracles! — for the first time in many months, I got exactly what I wanted, and at this very location.
Baristas John and Zay are true masters of their craft!
I'm an incredibly picky person, and the flavor balance in a coffee drink is everything to me — the perfect harmony of taste and texture is no small feat.
Thank you so much, guys — you gave me a little moment of joy, a touch of sunshine on an otherwise weepy, rainy day. 🌧️☕✨

Terrible service, very disappointing experience, this morning the store was almost empty and this two person wasn’t able to answer a question , the lady in the picture was specifically rude, I wont back to this location..
Also I paid a medium size drink and they gave me a small drink, I ask why and they said is medium. It is a scam!

I had a black medium roast. It's wasn't as flavorful compared to other Starbucks. Though the person i was with said the iced caramel mokiado thingy she has was excellent. Service was a bit slow. I've never been to this location, but the young woman that was there ahead of us left without ordering.

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I mostly wanted food because I was starving and just added the coffee because why not, it’s Starbucks.

Without trying to call or anything to replace the sandwich like any courteous person would do, they just included this slip when I received the order.

So I had to do another order, pay the delivery tip again and all the associated fees because someone here thought that was cool.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the way I was treated at this Starbucks location. I simply asked for a cup of water and a cup of ice, and I was denied—despite identifying myself as a Starbucks partner and offering my partner numbers. The barista insisted I had to buy something first, which goes against the core values of the company I work for.

I can’t help but ask: would the response have been the same if I weren’t Black? Because from what I’ve witnessed, others—particularly white customers—are given water without hesitation, no purchase required. This experience left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome.
