This is the worst Starbucks. Every time i go there I have to wait at least 10 min, even though it was ordered 10-15 min in advance. Really? 20-25 min wait for coffee. I buy coffee in others Starbucks with no problem.

4.20 Dec 31st….the lady at the counter was so rude. I returned a drink as it didn’t taste good. She said I could a refund as she didn’t have anything else to give me…no options!!! Then refused to give me my money back unless I took the drink off the counter..didn’t ask but told me. I own a business walking distance from Starbucks..if my staff treated the customers this way I’d be closed in a very short time. Truly annoyed.

I came here yesterday for a sandwich and they were out. Ok. I came back this morning and specifically asked if they had the sandwich I wanted. The girl said "yes". I ordered three.
I paid and tipped. My mistake. I should not have tipped.
A minute later another worker calls out my sandwich order saying they are out.
They also did not have my first alternative choice.
I don't know who's responsible for ordering at this location but they cannot do their job. And lack of communication amongst the staff led me to tipping thinking my order would be fulfilled properly.
Total BS.
This location is also clearly understaffed.

Coming here reminds me of why I stopped going to Starbucks I wanted to order a coffee with almond milk, or any other non dairy alternative,but they were out, they only had milk. Coffee has 4 ingredients, is it that difficult to make sure you have these on hand if this is your business? I would have left but got something anyway as I was in a hurry and did not have time to go to another coffee shop. Ultimately, I would only come back if I needed to, the location is good and the atmosphere is a typical Starbucks but one that is not to busy, so it looked like a nice place to stay at.

Baristas were very friendly, but the best way I can describe the coffee is it tasted like a very water down beverage with a hint of coffee and milk with a tiny dash of cinnamon. It really did not taste like coffee at all and it is my mistake for not tasting it before I left.
I finished it because I hate wasting money but it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Not their fault, maybe a filtering issue ? I don’t know.

This Starbucks has everything, including enough space for you to move around easily. It has a large selection of Starbucks merchandise, and a modern concept bathroom ?
