They were nice but I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and they gave me the chicken. I mean, I am not vegetarian and I was considering getting that chicken the next time I came so it was ok, but imagine if I was actually vegetarian. I mean, I bit into it and everything. Also there's no bathroom at this one.
The male employee (I did not catch his name- tall mustache and beard) was basically harrassing everyone who came in to sit down. He said you have to order something to sit. I already ordered my drink ahead and sat down to wait. Less than 5 minutes later he told his co-workers she said she waiting for a drink all this time so go check. His co-worker did not approach me even though he instructed her to do so. Then after another 5 minutes he came around and asked me what my name was and was pointing to drinks that were ready on the shelf. Unbeknownst to him, I already got my drink from the shelf and back sat down. I told him I have my drink already and showed him my cup. He made this atmosphere feel unwelcoming even as a paying customer. I will not be coming back to this location. He was also telling a customer that he is leaving this location soon. The other employees did not engage in his policing behavior.

(Never want to leave a bad review but getting same problem) Never get the same order, barista don’t read the add on instruction that paid for and lie to me, this pic cannot be 8 scoops of Matcha. I ordered here all the time, sometime light sometime intense, where’s standard?

This is now my favorite Starbucks. All the staff are so friendly. Drink items are made quickly and taste consistent and delicious. Always clean and not crowded.

This use to be my favorite Starbucks I’ve patronized this location for years. So today which is Mother’s Day my daughter walked in the room and found me crying thinking about my deceased mom and aunt who both died from cancer . So my daughter said mom let’s go to your favorite store Starbucks. When I entered a tall black male asked may I help you as I began to give my order he said you csn just go to the register. He then began to take the gentleman order behind me and began preparing while me and my daughter where still at the register. After placing my order the wait time for my order was extremely long and people after me came and went while I was still waiting. So after the store empty of customers waiting and still no order I spoke with the guy that brushed me off earlier and informed him I’m still waiting he began to chuckle looking at the other guy. Only then they began to make my beverage which turned out to be the wrong size coffee. So they had to make it over again as I began to express my frustration and how they were ruining my Mother’s Day. The tall black unkept , poor hygiene , unshaven male and the other gentleman that didn’t look much better began to laugh and the shorter one said he didn’t think it wax a problem that I got served last , and waiting a longtime. So I would like to know does Starbucks have a policy where the direct staff to serve a particular skin tone first . Or did they just choose to ruin my day and humiliate me and my daughter because the weren’t properly trained? I will also be contacting the Corporate office
