The team is always super supportive with my drink creations. I drop in twice a week with my service dog. I ask for suggestions and they always hit. Listeennnnnnnn…. The cold foam options are CRAY CRAY.

Asked for a small plastic cup and she said I have to buy something. I mean.. you’re Starbucks and it’s just a cup… Other stores don’t have a problem giving me one.

I understand being busy but having to wait 30 mins for a TEA… TEA, and for a mobile order, is unacceptable. And then being looked at like you’re a bother when you ask about your drink.

Coffee was the worst ever.. tasted like it was burnt .. both hot coffee & iced .. neither was drinkable .. no quality control
Got a heart & thank you drawn on coffee cup nice but someone should be managing taste .. food truck on corner world have been better choice

Just ordered a coffee Frappuccino with a blonde of espresso and I’m seeing the guy make it and he didn’t pour the shot and I asked him and he just said yeah like how you charging $1.25 extra if you not going to do it. Disgraceful.

Just wanted to highlight wonderful employees. The customer service that I received today from 2 employee here turned around my morning.
The location for my mobile order was wrong after walking to 2 locations they were able to help here. Her name was shenel (I didn’t get the other persons name) and you can expect great service with every visit.

Rude staff and management. No greeting waited at counter 5 mins and no hello or I'll be with you shortly. Long waits for every customer and terrible atmosphere.

As of January l, to get a cup of water, you have to buy something. I typically tip for it, but this is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Their coffee is truly worse than common competitors.

I went to Starbucks and ordered two drinks for my son and daughter one was a Strawberry Açaí and the other was a Lavender Frappuccino. The Strawberry Acai came out quickly, so I was waiting for the Lavender Frappuccino. It took a while, so I continued waiting.

I had ordered it without whipped cream, but the barista put whipped cream on it. I had been watching closely the whole time without realizing it. When I received the drink and told him I had asked for no whipped cream, he checked and then just scraped the whipped cream off and handed it back to me.

My son just took it and drank it because we didn’t have time, but I couldn’t help feeling upset it felt like we were being ignored. That’s why I’m filing this complaint not to blame someone unnecessarily, but because I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The person who made the drink was a male, and I think his name was Kest, though I couldn’t see the spelling clearly.

Been going for over 2 months every morning for the same drink, today they gave a drink that was tasteless not like nothing before, they remake the drink just to give me a chocolate milkshake shake with no hint of coffee, I also added a shot of expresso so there should have been. I’m switching to Dunkin

My aunt and I went here on a Wednesday night just before closing. Rashauna made the best matcha that I have ever had!!! She was patient with us, friendly, and so kind!
