Went here on a normal day wanting to have a dragon fruit refresher. I was very nice to the gentle taking my order but he seemed to not be having a good day, he was a little short on height and dark skin with dreads.. I get my drink and there was barely any ice not to mention that the drink was missing some of the drink. So I kindly asked if he can pour some more lemonade to make the cup full because it wasn’t. He poured the lemonade in my cup splashing it on my hand as well. He didn’t even apologize he just looked at me like if I was stupid. Very rude customer service. I get that we all have bad days but that doesn’t mean we take it out on customers that have nothing to do with it.

Worst Starbucks in recent memory. Ordered a venti drink was given a Grande. Barista rolled her eyes. 2 bums sleeping in the corner stinking up the place. Was looking for a place to relax because it was raining. These squatter laws are ridiculous.

I love this location and always have a great experience here. However, on Sunday, I went in , and I was accused of stealing my cup from them . The young lady just kept going in . I was ? embarrassed, disappointed, disturbed ? pissed off she made a scene in front of everyone. I canceled my order. I didn't know we could purchase products and not use them with the company we purchased from. Smh, I need time from this location that one hurts ?.

Listen, I'd understand this is a business but this is also a local well-known coffee shop and as a person that use it once in a while and make purchases from this location before in the past.The issue that I am having with this location as I had with many, why is the music so loud? I am trying to have a business online meeting over the phone and I am forced outside to take my meeting outside the starbucks. This experience has gone wrong in many ways when it come to making a purchase to also sit down to take care of business.It's kind of disturbing to have the music so loud that I can't have a conversation inside the place where I made a purchase and have a meeting. Maybe this is why New York is hard of hearing. No one listens as I'd watch someone order a drink, and then that same person that order the drink, got the wrong drink and I'd had to question the staff motor skills. Does anyone at starbucks that people come to work as well and sometime music over 90dB is extremely unhealthy.This is why I rather go to other cafes with less music at a lower dB volume. Maybe they should turn down the music so they can make less mistake at the counter when making orders.Update: why don't they fix the power in this place? yes the power is not working on one half of the place. It's been out since November 2023 and I went to Vancouverer BC and madison Wisconsin to come back to the same issue. This is why I don't like ordering from this location. sometimes staff are too judgemental and need to learned some professionalism.

One person working cashier , big line while workers were I believe on break so I left . When I came back the place had a smaller line so I stayed , when I ordered employee had no clue how the register work (not sure if he’s new so I do not mind) and gave me nasty looks and remarks .
