Lady who served me was very rude, rolling her eyes when I tried to order few drinks, felt like I deeply disturbed her by ordering.

Terrible customer experience, long waits, rude personal who makes you feel like you bothering them. They make you wait while they chit chat. It’s my neighbor spot , so I really hope something can be done so I can visit this location more often. For now I try to stay away and go elsewhere.

Every visit to this Starbucks location feels like a warm welcome, a small pause in a busy day that I always look forward to. From the moment you push open the door, the aroma of roasted beans and vanilla notes lifts your mood, and the friendly baristas greet you with genuine enthusiasm. The bar is fast without feeling rushed, and the team seems to handle the rush hours with practiced calm, which makes a big difference during mornings.
My go-to order is a caramel macchiato, crafted with precision and served at just the right temperature. The balance between espresso, milk, and that ribbon of caramel is consistently delightful, never overly sweet. I also appreciate the rotating five-star seasonal drinks that keep things exciting without straying from the reliable quality you expect from a long-standing brand.
The pastry case is tempting, but I’m most impressed by the consistency of the core menu: smooth cappuccinos, rich lattes, and teas that bloom with aroma. Cleanliness is evident in the dining area and restrooms, and the Wi-Fi is dependable for remote work or study sessions.
What truly stands out here is the sense of community. The staff remembers regulars, asks for preferences, and makes recommendations that feel thoughtful rather than promotional. For me, this Starbucks is a dependable oasis—friendly, tasty, and consistently excellent overall.

Attended the Starbucks, Dumbo aka 'Down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass' for brunch after alot of walking around the local area. Nice, friendly staff, beverages and snacks from Starbucks. Shame you cannot use your UK loyalty app in the USA as we found out its defined by region. So sadly no loyalty rewarded during our visits to any Starbucks Cafe in NYC.

Very rude and unpleasant staff. I hope the manager informs them that they are working in a customer-facing workplace and should treat them well and with respect. Otherwise, they should do something else. Saturday, 8 a.m. I hope they take action against the cashier who treats the customer very bad

The worst latte I have been served at Starbucks. The barista made a decaf americano which I didn’t order and he clearly used that already brewed cup of coffee to make the decaf latte I ordered. It was completely bland and of course he didn’t want to waste the Americano and he thought I would not notice. I didn’t see his name but this happened Thursday Jan 30 around 6:00 and 6:30 pm. Terrible service.

Why would you sell drinks and food and not offer a toilet?

They Deserve 000 stars, after having spent almost 50$ i asked for A drop of Caramel in my coffee they Asked me to pay the difference i Declined.
Some of the most terrible encounters at this store. Ordered 2 items, they gave me one, thought the other one was being made and find out they only place the order for one. Instead of saying "sorry, we only got one of the items you ordered" Ivaun started talking to me like a parent to a child "unfortunately, we only got one item". They told me it was a mistake and I told them that it was not a mistake, but a simple lack of attention to a customer who is standing right INFRONT of them ordering! Not paying attention to the order is not a mistake, it's lack of respect and least amount of attentiveness a batista can enact. Not to mention that this location does not have a restroom, either!
