This Starbucks location needs significantly better management and staff oversight. On multiple occasions, I have observed employees scratching their hair and touching their faces without washing their hands, then immediately handling cups and preparing drinks, which is unsanitary and concerning. I have also seen a barista wearing AirPods and deliberately ignoring customers, which comes across as unprofessional.
Additionally, this store has a pattern of closing earlier than its posted hours, seemingly to avoid making drinks. The baristas are often rude, drinks are inconsistent, and overall professionalism is lacking. The only consistently competent barista appears to be a tall Black woman with glasses who actually knows how to make the drinks correctly.
As a former barista myself, this location is extremely disappointing. Management needs to address these issues immediately, as this store does not meet basic standards for cleanliness, service, or consistency.

Horrible customer service. Went there today and was trying to place an order at 7:45pm and while on her personal phone, I was told there were closed already, but its posted everywhere that they close at 8pm. The lady was rude when I told her its early and she shrugged her shoulders that she didnt care. The entire section dedicated to Starbucks was dirty and unkept. The two tables each had only one chair to sit, just disturbing experience all around.

Just want to point out this is not a normal full size full service Starbucks. This is a small kiosk shop within the target department store. They have no outlets to plug in devices, no Wi-Fi and this is not a place you can sit and do your work when you drink coffee. They have a very limited menu and two small tables with no power outlets

9/24/25, the short light skin girl took the Hispanic lady's order, but left the register after seeing my sister and I next in the line. Also, she only made the Hispanic lady order and then went into the back. The skinny, tall guy, no enthusiasm, no spark, so dull and just gave us the drink. It was a caramel iced coffee with skim milk. It looked so dark smh. I.asked my sister, who's autistic and loves starbucks if she likes it. She said yes, but truthfully I know she didn't and it didn't taste good. SMH management get better employees and none that's going to be racist.

Worst experience of customer service at a Starbucks Dark skin short, skinny girl at register must be removed by management ASAP. Definitely not a good look for an establishment like Starbucks would fire the manager too for Hiring someone like her at least the person who made the coffee did a good job. Coffee was good.

Came here multiple times for a cold brew with cold foam and they are too lazy to whip the cream thick enough to float. No FOAM. Just heavy cream splashed into my coffee. It just sinks into my coffee. Then gaslight me and say that’s how it is. I go to multiple Starbucks and order the same drink and never have this problem. The barista is trash. The cold brew is not even BLACK. it’s brown. Never again.
Management needs to check in on this location asap. They close 30mins before the posted time. If this is policy change the open and close sign so that customers don’t rush over here at 7:30pm.
