Spent over $50 here, and when I asked to use the restroom, I was told, “We don’t have a public restroom.” Really? You’ll take my money but can’t offer a basic necessity? Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be coming back—there are plenty of other places that value their paying customers.

This is a strange Starbucks. It's a large space with only a couple of tables. They clearly don't want people to sit and they will not allow customers to use the restroom. There was a huge fan which nearly blew my friend and me away. My iced tea was fine but overall this was a very unpleasant experience.

I now remember why I stopped coming to this locations years ago. The service is less than par and the drinks are NOT good. There's no consistency with other Starbucks locations, expect different from what you're used to at this location. Additionally, unsure why there are 4 people behind the counter and only one person making drinks. The wait is ridiculous for pre-order drinks. JUST FIND ANOTHER LOCATION, ANY LOCATION.
