Coffee way to bitter. Food portions to small

I remember three years ago when I was in New York City I was slapped in the face because of my gender and he said the manager said if I was a girl I would’ve not got slapped in the face so to that person I hope you get fired if you don’t remember me, I were a yellow hoodie back in 2022 (almost 4 years ago)

The barista doesn’t follow the instructions, I ordered a large misto and asked for a splash of milk and put the rest of the steamed milk on the side, instead she poured the milk into my coffee and said there will be an extra charge of $3.49 if I want the milk on the side or if I want her to remake the coffee. I was not asking for “extra” milk so why should I pay extra for the milk? The coffee was very light and tasteless. Do not recommend this location.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Long-Time Customer

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over two years and work in the neighborhood, so this experience on 12/17 at 11:52 AM was especially disappointing.

The staff on shift was rude and dismissive from the start. My drink was not made correctly according to the standard build. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the response was defensive and unprofessional. The remake was still incorrect — short one pump of syrup — and the team member argued about how much vanilla sweet cream should be added instead of simply fixing it.

One staff member then told me that “everyone has a different idea of what level 3 or 4 vanilla sweet cream is” and followed it up with “we work here — you need to be nicer about how you say things.”
When I asked if I was being rude, I was told “no, but you could say it better.” When I asked how, the employee walked away and ignored me.

This location used to have great service and a strong community feel. However, the staff working this shift were three new faces I’ve never seen before, and the level of customer service was unacceptable. Whether temporary or transferred, this behavior does not reflect Starbucks standards.

Unfortunately, after years of being a loyal customer, this experience has made me reconsider coming back to this location.

Spent over $50 here, and when I asked to use the restroom, I was told, “We don’t have a public restroom.” Really? You’ll take my money but can’t offer a basic necessity? Absolutely unacceptable. Won’t be coming back—there are plenty of other places that value their paying customers.

This is a strange Starbucks. It's a large space with only a couple of tables. They clearly don't want people to sit and they will not allow customers to use the restroom. There was a huge fan which nearly blew my friend and me away. My iced tea was fine but overall this was a very unpleasant experience.
