This is one of the best locations I have ever visited. The food is yummy. I have too many favorites. The lattes are great, the refreshers are awesome , and the Frappuccino are great, too . The bakery section is good , from the croissant to the danishes , to the scones , to the breakfast sandwiches, to the cake pop and cookies all yummy treats. This is also one of the busiest locations that they have . Especially during the school week because everyone is heading here . From college students to middle students to people going to work and the people visiting the neighborhood as well. It gets packed really quickly, but you have a fast-paced team that works with you and gets your order to you quickly. Most of the time, I will order ahead in the app because I am on a timely basis.
Kayla, Sara, Raheim, Nadia, Nya, Shanice, Akira, and the rest of the crew are all fantastic. They get slammed with all of the neighborhood locals, Brooklyn College students, MTA workers, and rowdy school kids, but they still make me feel welcome. Everyone knows my name and my "usual" order on sight. They are my favorite crew for sure.

Yesterday I went to this location to buy drinks for my coworkers as we are all addicted to Starbucks. However with the constant change in staff now at this location service is very bad. I have being working in the area over 15 years. Now is the worst I have seen this Starbucks. One of the new barrister Shanice needs to be retrained first in people skills then to making drinks. I had a vile confrontation with her yesterday. This is not the first time. I even have photos of the drinks she made for me that were horrid. I had to tell her I am not begging her I spend my money on any given I spend at least thirty to fifty dollars. It doesn’t make any sense speaking to the higher ups because it goes on deaf ears. This use to be my favorite Starbucks. We used to meet there early Saturday morning for our coffee club. We would catch up on the past week talk about the weekend plans and the week ahead. It was so exciting to be there. Today everyone complains about how it has become. I miss the old Starbucks.

This particular location used to be very good years ago however it went totally downhill. With the exception of a few baristas most of the new ones are very rude and disrespectful. While in the store this morning, I observed one of the employees by the name of Shanice totally disrespect and argued with a customer. I was so appalled that I did not even make a purchase. Starbucks is way too expensive to be treated in that manner I feel Starbucks need to retrain their employees in customer service

Quite possibly the slowest and lackadaisical place I've ever been. I couldn't even get my drink, much less purchase an item. There were more workers than there were customers...it would be one thing if the cafe was slammed with only a three person floor, but there weren’t mobile orders coming in either.

Unfortunately this is a terrible Starbucks. I understand there is multiple schools near by but it should not take 30-45 min for a drink. There is usually only one person behind the bar doing coffee while 10-20 people wait. Even mobile orders take that long. Need to figure out a strategy sorry !
This store never opens on time from their advertised hours. They take mobile orders that take 20 min to make due to this. Their new thing is not filling the cups all the way. Wasn’t their a class action lawsuit from that before?
