i come here from time to time since it is right across from Brooklyn college. They staff is okay, the girl at at the register needs to help out more with the drinks rather than just ringing up customers, the gentlemen that heats your food bagels, and cake is slow. They seem like they are more worried about mobile orders than customers in front of them.

Came to see the reviews and now I see why my review being low is no surprise. I ordered a small pumkin brew ice coffee.
My stomach starting hurting after walking about 2 avenues away. The drink starting tasting like it had soup residue from the blender where the cold foam was made from. Normally they use this quick maker that foams the milk. I was suprised to see him use the blender for the pumkin foam cream.
Ive had this drink before and it hasnt tasted like a little soap was mixed in my flavor. It makes total sense why my stomach is hurting as I type this and it isnt that sensation (if you know what I mean). It a heavy discomfort that feels like pain in my stomach. Im disappointed 😔 but what clan we do? I know I wont be coming to this location again.
Ps: sharing a photo. I did, unfortunately, basically drink most of it but the white stuff is what soap looks like when I clean a cup. Foam doesnt stay in place like after moving the liquid around where as soap does unless you wash it out with water. That is my logic. Those who read and still purchase here, go but go with caution. Other reviews also complain about cleanliness.

Shout out to Sanjana for adding her own special touch to a strawberry foam matcha, it taste like a strawberry milkshake.
The staff is rude, ignores orders, and just talks among themselves, acting like they're doing you a favor instead of their job.

I don’t live nearby but have been there twice in the last month with my granddaughters aged 6 and 9. We stop for a snack after shopping before heading home. On both occasions the young women at the register were super friendly and kind. Just hoping the management will see this!

Went to this Starbucks location today inside target and it’s sooo annoying that the cashier is more engaged on texting than taking ur order!!! She prioritized on texting before she takes customers orders!!!

El café estaba bien solo que la persona que tomó mi pedido ignoró cómo querÃa mi café. Le pregunté si tenÃa descafeinado para el tipo de café que tenÃa y simplemente no lo apuntó y lo hicieron regular, cuando me di cuenta ya no podÃa regresar asà que pasé toda la noche despierta por culpa de la cajera que sirvió mi café regular con cafeÃna en lugar de decaf.
