I wasn't looking for the bathroom, but the Baristas on duty on 3/15/24 at 12:30 pm thought I was. I asked to help rinse my coffee flask, their judgement was "there is no bathrooms", and they're unwilling to help me rinse the flask, all the other Starbucks stores I went to had no problem saying yes except the store on Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn.The worst kind of employees are the ones that never cared about the employers profit. They didn't even try to sell me anything. I would fire this kind of employees in a heartbeat.

Today, for a change, I went to Starbucks in Greenpoint to buy another cup. At first glance, the store was tidy, clean and probably had the complete range of cups and mugs currently available. So far everything is fine, I can't say anything bad here. Not outstanding, but really everything is fine.-----------I went to "Starbucks" in Greenpoint today for a change to buy another cup. People in the place a rude. And don't use food safety guy making drinks keeps touching food beverages after fixing his mask beard is all grown out. Gross.

I asked for my $7 drink to be remade because it was submerged in caramel sauce and was given attitude by the pregnant store supervisor. Who is the store manager? Let's start there.

Usually order my "to go" coffee here (Pik Roast or Espresso shots), never really had an issue since I would order, go & my drink would be there waiting. But the last 3 times (today being the last strike) has been frustrating...today I go in, pick up my drink & tried to ask one of the employees for some sugar, milk on the side and she rudely replied something I didn't understand so I walk over to whoever is at the cashier, I say good morning and get the illest stare like I'm bothering her.. I ask for some sugar, a lil cream in a cup and she gladly asked the 3rd worker to do so (all this was done in a very attitude-y & rude manner) to which the 1st rude employee decided to act on (as if I didn't try to ask before -.-). Now to the homies defense, he was actually pretty nice, and when I asked for 2 extra packs of asucar (sugar) he kindly responded and added some stir sticks...THANK YOU to the blonde haired gentleman who showed some kinda friendly customer service (you're the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1)...sheesh.

Rude service today. I was picking up my order, 4 bags of coffee beans. I didn't see my order so kindly I asked where was it. The guy who was making coffee told me with attitude to read all the stickers. I was confused and I told him again that I'm picking up coffee bags, not a drink and can't see my order. He ignored me completely. My bag was standing on the side, he could easily show/tell/point me that. Being a decent human is really just the bare minimum...
Always stop by this Starbucks for the morning cup of coffee, and today I ask for restroom the lady said it is no restroom I said I always used it, how it’s no restroom and she answered now it not. I hope you will talk to your employees about this accident.

The employees at this store are normally amazing but on Wednesday 9/20/23 I was treated unfairly and experienced discrimination because I’m a black women. My time isn’t important I guess. I ordered my drink at 8:08 am and received it at 830 am. A spectrum worker of Caucasian decent walked in ordered his drink and his drink was immediately made because he was ‘well known by the two baristas caucasian as well. ‘He said it pays to know people and be somebody in this world that’s why I got my drink and you’re still waiting. The baristas thought it was funny and laughed. It must have been the highlight of their day. I spend over $10-15 a day in Starbucks unacceptable do better Starbucks

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I visited in a while. I stopped by after attending event in Greenpoint and was glad to see that this location was real. The one that I stopped at prior to this seemed to be an error on the Google map. The staff was pretty friendly and they made my drink to perfection. It really hit the spot in the high humidity, summer weather. I noticed the space itself was lovely with its stoney colored wooden accents, few tables, high ceilings, and cool artwork on the wall. They had really good tumblers, really made me want to get another one, lol. I'll definitely be coming by on the way to work to this location.
Disappointed by no bathroom.
