Seems as some reviews are being erased. I reviewed this establishment a yr ago and I don’t see it. They had mediocre results then and it only getting worst!

Update-Nov 24: Went in this time as previously we had issues when my son ordered. Ordered my regular morning Honey Mint tea (medicine ball). Told the cashier my order—she asked what size & I stated ā€œgrandeā€ she replied ā€œventiā€. I said ā€œno, grandeā€. Paid and low and behold when I picked up it was a VENTI. Guess there’s no point in asking the CUSTOMER what they want if the cashier is choosing for you! Then when I corrected her as I’m picking up she states ā€œoh apologiesā€. Moved on because it’s too early to be problematic and not actual satisfaction rendered. As I got to my car and tasted the drink, was hoping it made up for the mediocre service. Nope, just as terrible; she placed too much lemonade so it had this acidic taste and I couldn’t even taste the honey or mint to balance the drink out. I understand bad days but can we at least TRY to do better!

As for atmosphere, it was very dreary. And I understand it was a rainy morning. However, not as ā€œbrightā€ as most Starbucks I’ve visited. They have no chairs or tables if you wanted to take a seat whilst waiting for your order to be made. Or no standing bars to lean against.

Be wary of the 5-star ratings w/o a descriptive answer/statement. They are fake! Also, seem from the personnel of Indian descent.

Went to drive through, three times each time the service was great. They described the coffee to me, now that the fall flavors are in ?. I also ordered a cake they warmed it up for me it tastes great, nice and warm. Since the service was fantastic, I will be coming back again.

I stood in line for about 5 minutes before I got tired of waiting and decided to place an order on the app. Nobody spoke to me the entire time. Didn’t even call out my name once my drink was ready. Might as well have vending machines pumping out drinks.

Horrible service all around from mannerisms to beverage preparation. Not returning. My drink was not even filled to the brim due to Barista not knowing the correct proportion when requesting light ice. I was also rushed through my whole order for it to be made poorly.

Everyone that’s there act like they don’t want to be there. It’s very different in other neighborhoods, they call name when orders come out, good mannerisms, friendly atmosphere. This location is ghetto & they do not take pride in their customer service. I just ordered a coffee frapp mins ago & it’s the worst ever, no taste whatsoever, it’s just a cup of crush ice. This location is going down the drain. Starbucks need to do better, revamp that entire workforce there.

This is the worst starbucks ever!!!. Employee Shea was so rude and they had no napkins, she gave a cup with caramel syrup inside out made our hands dirty, waited 30 mins on the drive through line, i m surprised starbucks corporate doesnt have money for napkins , Dunkin donouts is the best will not return after this experience.

One of the absolute worst locations you can come to. Went here 3 times I’m total thinking that on each occasion the service will be different. Nope!! The drive thru service needs major change. The wait time is beyond unacceptable. Went here at 4:05 for a drink and I’m still waiting and it’s only 4 cars ahead of me. Mgmt needs to hire more staff or send the old staff out for training. Because they don’t know anything about time management or efficiency. Don’t recommend anyone go here unless you have time to waste.

Its a hit or miss as far as the staff. All these highschool kids working there are busy on their phones. They have their airpods on and just busy talking to people on the phone while taking your order. There is no professionalism. This location is not what Starbucks brand is suppose to be. Horrible service and food is right most of the time.
