I told the cashier that I wanted my drink with oat milk and he didn’t add that to the order then he asked me what flavor I wanted my cold foam I said vanilla and it did not taste like it had vanilla or any sweetener. So thank you to this man I will be fighting for my life in the toilet later because I was forced to drink this after paying $10 for it.

It was soooo long wait time, it was said “ready to go” but I still waiting more than 10 minutes, in general probably 20 minutes or more. There were no line at all, just few people… Disappointed.

There are 2 Starbucks stores in King Plaza. One in the Target Store, another one in the Macy’s store.
The one in the Macy’s store, orders always delays. Every time I make a mobile order in the Macy’s store, I always wait for 10-20 minutes to get my order even the traffic is so light.

I came to kings plaza Starbucks and there’s a lady who takes my order extra caramel frapp and the order maker make me a regular frapp I’m telling her that I said extra caramel she took my order with that attitude and gave it to me my drink was liking from the bottle, I had to clean that. I tried to talk to her nicely but she was ignoring me. The worst Starbucks I ever seen.??

I visited this Starbucks and my barista’s name was Dominique. She greeted me with a big smile and gave me the full Starbucks experience. The store was really clean and her team was really professional. 5 stars for great service & accuracy with a delicious beverage. Well done !
