I came to kings plaza Starbucks and there’s a lady who takes my order extra caramel frapp and the order maker make me a regular frapp I’m telling her that I said extra caramel she took my order with that attitude and gave it to me my drink was liking from the bottle, I had to clean that. I tried to talk to her nicely but she was ignoring me. The worst Starbucks I ever seen.??

we orderd starbucks from kings Plaza shopping center and the order was not right also she she gave my order and it was spilling out the bottle and that is not right the worst Starbucks that ever seen and that was the lady that was making it in the picture we had to talk to her, but she was ignoring she gave mine and my sister and my friend order wrong inside Macy's??

My experience started off bad because they had no food and there was a man with no apron on making drinks for what I think was for himself. I was getting irritated because they didn’t have anything, but then one of the baristas who’s name is Emod helped me out and made my experience better. He took responsibility and action right away and it was an extremely busy and hectic day. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to address my needs even though it seemed to be their busiest hour. Thanks EmodDietary restrictions: Lactose free milk

On Tuesday on my lunch break I visited Starbucks the barista by the name of Jasmin made my carmel ribbon crunch frappucino the drink was delicious and her service was acceptional her voice was calm and she really knows how to make her drinks while also caring about her work. She gave good customer service, so to the point that I purchased something for her service to me as appreciation.Thank you jasmine.

The service left much to be desired, but my main complaint is the quality of the products used to make the drinks. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, which is what I usually get from Starbucks, and I’ve never had a problem. The one I got on this day tasted a little unusual in that it tasted like oatmilk only, no brown sugar and no espresso. I figured maybe they just added more oatmilk and that’s what over powered the drink—it wasn’t good but it didn’t set off any alarms to me. That same night my stomach was sick; two days later my stomach is still trying to get itself together. My guess is that the oatmilk was bad, but because it’s a non-dairy milk, I don’t think it’s easy to detect any sourness as you would with a diary milk. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this Starbucks.

I waited 45 minutes in line to get all the eay to the front counter to find out they have no more frappa wastes my time . It isnt the employees fault but it can be announced that they have no frappa instrad of me wasting 45 minutes in line now i know yo never come back

Going to be a long wait just to take your order. No acknowledgement that your even standing there, I just walked put after a few minutes. As I walked out a women came in and was taken care of right away.Never going to that location (Flatbush & Kings Highway) again even though it's closer to me.
