Great location and I'm glad there's a Starbucks on Brighton) those who write bad reviews, learn how to speak before you write. If you're not happy with something, just say so and they'll redo your order for free. My order was picked up by someone else and they had no problem getting my order back. The staff are nice and helpful, one of the few places I can go to on Brighton.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks. When I asked if my order was ready, an employee named Jonathan responded with rude comments and made a racist remark about my being Asian. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

What is the point of ordering online if you have to come up to the clerk and remind them of your order that you placed 20 minutes ago? There hasn't been one day where my coffee has been sitting waiting for me (despite ordering over 20 minutes ago). It's actually ridiculous. Especially the weekend staff. Do better.

The whole shift of August 28th, 3:50ish pm was too engaged in the conversations and yelling between themself, rather than serving us. I’ve never had such an experience in Starbucks and was really disappointed. When barista who is taking your order turns his back on you and starts joking around with a friend while we ask questions about drinks is dreadful.

This is where I usually come to get my Caramel Frappuccino with extra extra drizzle. It's always absolutely delicious, but I think Saliyah makes them best. They're so good that you'll keep coming back so much that your dealer will be jealous. They should make a 40oz version called the Diabetti.
