Whatever barista was working tonight ruined the Dubai matcha. It was totally brown and it just tasted like chocolate milk. Unfortunately our uber was there and we couldn’t have it remade. Awful and a waste of money.

Horrible rude disrespectful. After showing them my usual drink from my app. I usually order the same thing from Starbucks every morning through their app, but today they processed my order incorrectly. When I went to pick it up, the staff seemed upset and asked me to pay for the difference, even though I had ordered what I always do. It felt like they were treating me like I was the one who didn’t want to pay extra, when in reality, it was their mistake. It was a frustrating experience because I was just trying to get my usual order, but it seemed like they weren’t understanding the situation.”
