I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks for its coffee and atmosphere, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of one employee, Jonathan. From the moment I approached the counter, there was no greeting, and when I asked for help with my order, he responded with an impatient and rude tone. I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer. It’s unfortunate when a bad experience like this overshadows the usually good service. I stopped in here on a Thursday around noon and it wasn’t too crowded. I got a tall pistachio latte and it was great, it was especially nice in a mug. The employees were quick but friendly and they’re working hard here. No bathroom in here but it’s a good spot to stay warm and get something to drink.
