Quality of coffee and attitude of baristas arent up to par with the standards Ive been used to with Starbucks. Every time I order a cappuccino, they make me a latte instead. Then argue with me when I ask it to be remade. They put too much milk for it to be a cappuccino. Then try to tell me i dont know what a cappuccino is (1:1:1 espresso, milk, foam) Have stopped coming here, this neighborhood is spoiled with options for coffee without attitude. Its just disappointing when a trusted brand lets standards slide.

Had to wait 15 min for my chai and came out lukewarm cuz barista was doing three drinks at once asked for refund. Horrible experience never going there. Waste of money!
