This location is extremely slow! Not enough workers. Starbucks is charging to much for drinks for the service to be as slow as it is.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order for a hot vanilla latte and waited over an hour to receive it. When I approached the staff to ask about my order because I was late for work, I was met with a rude response. The employee told me it wasn’t his problem and that I would just have to wait, speaking to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. After waiting another 30 minutes, I finally got my coffee, but it wasn’t even the correct order—it was just a simple coffee.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially considering that I ordered ahead through the mobile app. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with how this situation was handled, and I expect better from Starbucks. I hope they address this issue to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here in the morning when there are barely any ppl…. Whether I mobile order or order in person I am waiting 10 mins minimum at the store and have to constantly ask when my order will be ready. I don’t get it
