I lost all respect to this brand after I found out that Bill Gates part of the company. With his habit to hate Human Society with all artificial ingredients.
Even without his name behind the screen it's never had Delicious Food or Snacks!

Please stop changing your morning staff. Especially during the week day. The lady supervisor with colored ends of her hair that wears glasses is exceptionally grumpy and not friendly. Customers only want their product made correctly and decent service. Not to have their day start off bad because of a rude, cranky and angry supervisor. Even the other staff that’s normally nice are not when she’s working

This starbucks is very understaffed. I wait almost 15 minutes before someone even came to the window to help the people in front of me. I ended up leaving before ordering because it took too long to get my drink. Oh well. Dunkin was right down the block. There also is no tables or inside for patrons at this starbucks. It basically is a drivethru only starbucks. They should do much better at indicating this being i walked 20 minutes to get my refresher and left empty handed.

This is more of a rant about the company itself not really the location that I picked.
it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. Now you change the policy stating that you must buy something before you could get free water it's a ridiculous move on your part Your billion dollar company and you can't even give free water to people that can't afford to pay for Starbucks? You should be ashamed of yourself while you're sitting there and your AC and money all around you You take away a little opportunity that made you guys great away congratulations for being another money hungry company that does not give a shit about people but yourself.
