One of the Starbucks baristas had a bit of an attitude, I came in purchased a drink and a food item eveything was perfect, I was sitting for while I had then asked for a cup of ice and she said that I had to purchase something in which I stated I did I had my drink at the table, after alittle while I needed to use the restroom so i kindly asked if the restrooms were open she said it was for costumers only in which I then stated I had already purchased a drink she then said with attitude to go to the regustr and ask for the code don’t appreciate the attitude when I asked in a nice manner.
I bought a lot today, but there is no Free paper bags service.
I ask for latte,they gave cream foam on the top of the latte. When I ask what is this?
They change and serve foam milk ,there is no taste or smell of coffee.Really bad experience and waste of my money.
I got an iced caramel latte. Accidentally spilled it. They have me another one for free. That's cool.
The baristas and customer service here is top notch, especially for the drive-thru. The food is delicious and the drinks are made perfectly. This location is my go to location.

My experience at this location is always a pleasant one. The coffee is always made just the way I like it. Quick service and friendly staff. My only complaint the location is closed for a few days. Just wondering why?

Overflowing garbage bins.
Tables are not cleaned.
Some snotty staff, does it even want to be bothered when you ask for pupcup or puppychino or cup of water.

I normally ordered coffee here occasionally to go. However this morning they refused to help me packed up my order. I asked if they can help me but instead they gave me a brown bag tell me to do it myself. I paid to received my food and service. I was being neglected at the time being. I hope they can put in effort on their service. Normally they were fine but this young lady just was given the right manner towards and I find quite uncomfortable.

I came to meet a friend here. It’s very clean but I stood for five minutes waiting to order with no one in front of me in line. Four people were working. No one took my order. When after waiting five minutes I asked to order, an employee asked me to wait and I walked away. Terrible service!

Zero stars! Service is at the bottom of the barrel! No reason why with no one but myself in the store should I be standing at the register with 3 people working for 10 mins before walking out! Mind you 1 of the 3 was the manager the lil woman with the very short hair if you're wondering who the manager is! How embarrassing to run your store so poorly. But I guess leadership is important
