I usually have warm service at Starbucks, but my experience with Evan today was disappointing. He didn’t greet me when we walked up, and when he misheard my order( even though I repeated it twice), he seemed visibly annoyed instead of handling it with the usual Starbucks hospitality. The baristas and customer service here is top notch, especially for the drive-thru. The food is delicious and the drinks are made perfectly. This location is my go to location.

My experience at this location is always a pleasant one. The coffee is always made just the way I like it. Quick service and friendly staff. My only complaint the location is closed for a few days. Just wondering why?
