Sorry Starbucks, your coffee is adequate service here is fine, but not providing a bathroom for customers!If you don’t want us to stay, then eliminate your seating. I can’t believe it’s even legal not to have a bathroom in such a place with so many seats.I’ve stopped going here because of the lack of bathroom, despite specializing in liquids.

Friendly baristas at this location, and clean, overall. I appreciate the seating in the back, although it’s a bit dim, and that they’re open late. Personally, I prefer local coffee shops, but came here with a friend because it was after 5:30pm, and many of the neighborhood coffee shops were closed. I’d come back here, though!

Amazing starbucks. This starbucks is clean and it is a good place to visit in the morning when you want a drink. Baristas are friendly and aren't rude like most of the experiences I had in other starbucks. There is wifi also.

Absolutely one star, I went to this Starbucks at 4.30pm to pick up my order, a young asian guy with glasses, about 5ft 3, kept ignoring my requests, 1, 2, 3 times , very impolite, there are not many customers in the store, I feel that this is discrimination against Asians, please ask the store manager to train this employee again.

You don't have to be a scientist to read the online order. But Bay Ridge Starbucks always fails. On my online order it says Grande Iced Latte with CINNAMON POWDER. And guess what I never get a powder. Every morning I have to beg them to put cinnamon powder in my latte. Most of the staff roll their eyes on me cause of that, making faces and put as little as it cost them a million dollar.
