TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE. Came in at 7:34pm to get the impossible sandwich, they close at 8pm. He said he turns off oven at 7:30pm. Both ovens were still on and lit up, the digital screens were still on and they’re supposed to serve you till 8pm. He wouldn’t help me and didnt put the sandwich in the oven. Get better employees LOL. Happened today 2/9/24, two guys were working there.

This place is getting a second bad review, again for being short staffed, mismanaged, and disregarding of the ingredients on mobile orders. Starbucks needs to start over with these employees and put better management here.

Place looks great. Stores clean and tidy.Huge issue theres grinds in the bottom on my Pike Place Roast. Guys cmon dude its a month away from 2024 and we need ways to pour coffee and not have Globs and Chunks in my brew. 3.80$ later you wont see my fat rear end for years.This is a heavy reminder to never Leave Dunkin Dohnuts again. Yet you dont even see this crud in Bagel Boy coffee. Total nonsense... I hope the owner sees this.

They never get the ratio of milk and espresso, right in the hot beverages it’s always too much milk the reason is that they don’t froth the milk to the right consistency so that the ratio of foam and milk comes out right. I’m so disappointed ☹️ . I drove all way there excited and hyped up to get my favorite bev to find out it’s hot milk with a dash of coffee. Please Please I ask the management to teach their baristas the right ratios to satisfy their customers taste please it’s not cheap too ?.
