I ordered two drink, asked for no coffee and they gave me the drink with coffee and my other drink which my little brother was drinking, a broken piece of rubber band was in the drink. Good thing he didn’t swallow it.

Service is good, but ridiculously over priced, they have holiday coffee drinks that are good but almost 9 dollars for a large cup of mostly steamed MILK, I personally don't mind paying for good food. The expression is "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". But personally I even think paying almost 9 dollars for a drink that contains 75-80% milk is a little overboard.

It's outrageous. I asked for no ice and the waiter only gave me a little coffee. In the past, when I asked for no ice, the waiter would give me a full cup. I seriously complained to the waiter for despising customers when taking orders and gave a bad review.
Decent location with friendly staff. Worn furniture and lack of bathrooms make this mediocre at best.

the staff does not work well or deliberately does it wrong.. 11/06/2024 at 5 pm I ordered Gr Soy Cappuccino but they made me a regular one! We won't buy from you again!
