I'm very disappointed with their service. Ordered hot latte with almond milk on the go, while waiting I noticed the worker poured a regular milk from a gallon container, made a drink a gave it to me. I told him I ordered with almond milk and he looking in my eyes said Almond milk inside! I had to run so I left but of course it wasn't almond milk for which I paid extra! What this person was thinking? What if i have allergy to regular milk. That is so rude and uncaring I'm shocked! Never again go to this location and ppl should pay attention to what they give u.

Got there as they were opening thus viewed members tidying up. Cashier was courteous and timely with my regular order (medicine ball). Love that they have multiple cups, thermos and accessories available.

Rude service, no manners at all. I asked and asked for the baristas attention to ask an important question about an ingredient in my drink order and he pretended not to hear me because he was looking at me I was the only one standing there. Aside from this their music was super loud as always. Lastly I asked the barista for a paper bag and he sees me waiting and just opens the bag and slides it over didn’t help me place my drinks inside with the cup holder. I can do it myself but why can’t it be done nicely as all other baristas do and treat their customers nicely. Very stuck up and very rude it’s not right.

I love Starbucks! The different flavors of drinks and different kinds of food is great. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to work there. But I guess is not a possibility. I went into the website hoping to find available jobs near where I live and I found two. I applied to both of them and a month later I didn’t get any response. So since is near me I stopped by the location. I explain the situation to the manager that was there, that I later found out that is the actual hiring manager and she asked for my name a number so I wrote it down on a paper for her. This is the day that I haven’t received any calls not even for an interview or anything. I applied for another location and I still haven’t heard anything. Why post something saying that you are hiring if you aren’t going to even interview people? I do understand that my resume might not be what you are looking for but at least let me know that you are not considering hiring me. I’m so disappointed!

This is pathetic, oooh pumpkin spice season let me buy 2 of these pathetic things for 15$, that's a good use of my time and money. I'll get through the app since it's quicker, nevermind that it took employees 7 minutes to acknowledge the 6ft patient man waiting by the register. They then helpfully pointed out my drinks on the other side of the room and didn't put either cup in a cardboard carrier, since I had two hands they figured I wanted to precariously handle cups of hot coffee one per hand, so I left. Never again, delete the app, and learn to make your own pumpkin spice.
It'd be quicker and cheaper.

The location at 1971 86th Street in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn has very disappointing customer service. I asked for a large iced tea with no sugar. I wanted to know what tea options were available. The staff member mumbled, talked very fast and pointed to the menu display. However, at this location only one tea is displayed. The other options are not displayed. I ordered a large green tea with no sugar. I informed the staff member that I was going to use a Starbucks gift card. He took the gift card, mumbled what the new total was, did not give me back the gift card and did not tell me what the balance was on the gift card. Additionally, I was not given a receipt after using my card. Starbucks staff at this location need better customer service training or this location will lose customers.

Friendly and meticulous (diligent) staff members!! Drinks are made quick despite the morning crowd. Also, the interior is well maintained with multiple seatings and power outlets. AC runs a bit cold but not a big deal.
The cardinal (important) rule for ordering from any Starbucks is to check if they have adequate seating. This location is quite spacious compared to the other smaller ones in NY.
