November 13, 2025, was a huge disappointment for this location. I understand that on Red Cup Day, the store gets extremely busy and wait times are longer than usual, but waiting an hour and a half for a cup of coffee is insane! I waited for over an hour for my mobile order and eventually had to leave without my drink, even though I had already paid for it. The asian girl who was making mobile orders was the slowest person I have ever seen, like a lazy turtle. She hasn't even tried to move faster, and she absolutely didn't care that a huge crowd of people in the store was waiting for their orders. Why such slow and bad service? What happened with the 86th location? Don't you suppose to be prepared, guys, for the Red Cup day?

We came in around 2 pm today on a busy Tuesday. There were only 2 people working and it was packed. We were told ahead of time there would be a wait but ordered anyways. The two working a guy and girl were still attentive to us when taking our order and answering our questions when waiting and even so kindly packed our drinks. A lot of impatient but drinks were still being handed out efficiently. The customer service will definitely be bringing me back. Thanks for the warm smiles and message !

Waited 10 mins for one single drink. 3 baristas I understand that there’s a line and one has to take orders but there wasn’t a single person on line and I placed a mobile order. Too busy chatting with each other and clearly can’t multiple task.

Brayan is a rude worker, he shouldn’t be treating people with disrespect because people come to feel welcomed and pleased with their order. My husband spent a lot of money in this Starbucks for years & will definitely lose 2 customers if they keep treating us in a bad manner.

The service at this Starbucks was terrible. The staff looked visibly annoyed, especially one Asian girl who was slamming everything down on the tables. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
A pretty neat Starbucks, conviniently on 86th street, with a very clean building. The staff here is really nice, and is also very patient. Overall this is a pretty nice Starbucks.

I'm very disappointed with their service. Ordered hot latte with almond milk on the go, while waiting I noticed the worker poured a regular milk from a gallon container, made a drink a gave it to me. I told him I ordered with almond milk and he looking in my eyes said Almond milk inside! I had to run so I left but of course it wasn't almond milk for which I paid extra! What this person was thinking? What if i have allergy to regular milk. That is so rude and uncaring I'm shocked! Never again go to this location and ppl should pay attention to what they give u.
