They saw me online and 3 black people skip chasire sees don't say it word what because I'm white I know the whole mall is black but come on every place I go in mall they take other race first

This Starbucks was once my go-to location, but recently the drink quality has declined significantly. Only about three baristas consistently prepare drinks to the high standard I’ve come to expect. It’s disappointing to see the lack of attention and care that now goes into most of my orders compared to the excellent service I used to receive here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I wish I could give 0 stars.
Every time I order on uber eats my orders are completely wrong and not handled with care. I been a barista and I know my coffee so this is definitely not it and it’s definitely disappointing when you just wanted a good coffee. Every time I go to the store in person it’s unorganized and the wait is too long because the workers are taking their time ( slow motion at this point)

Unfortunately, I received very average service here, apart from one team members. I was traveling from Australia and renting in an Airbnb across the road . I was not from the area and it was really clear that it was noticed I watched the team interact with the other customers and they experienced a complete different service than what I did. I was made to feel very unwelcome in this establishment. The coffee was good but the overall service was as chilly as you could come across.

Everytime I order my caramel ribbon crunch from here it tastes disgusting. No flavor, no whip cream on the bottom. No dark caramel. Im drinking literal ice . Do better.

Today's shift was terrible. We waited for almost an hour for two teas and one coffee! And there were 2 people in line! The staff works very slowly, they don't want to work, they only apologize. 🙅‍♂️ I don't recommend this place to anyone, the staff doesn't want to work.

My wife asked for hot lemon tea without sugar - the employee made iced tea with syrup. 😂

I was too lazy to talk about it so as not to wait another half hour for the order. 😂

My God, McDonald's can make 20-30 cheeseburgers in that time, and Starbucks employees can't pour 3 drinks. Horrible. 😩

I went to this Starbucks yesterday at 7:30 pm and the vertica machines were shut down. They said they closed it an hour earlier. I drove over 7 miles just for this to happen. No transparency with customers and their phone line doesn’t work when you call them. So no customer can get their blonde roast coffee or pike place.
This Starbucks shuts down their coffee machines extremely early. If you go there around 7:30 or 7:40 pm they will only serve you watery americanos that have no taste like brewed coffee.
Starbucks should start to prioritize their customers and have brewed coffee available for them regardless of what time they arrive. It’s unacceptable that is is always an issue in the store. Hope they change the process and have coffee more available until a later time for customers
