The first time I came into this store .. I was ecstatic to try their new drinks. Unfortunately, I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The employees that work here do not provide good customer service and make horrible drinks! It is unfortunate to see that management is not doing anything to fix this issue. These employees have an attitude with customers and the managers on the floor are absolutely unprofessional. It is not worth it !!! I certainly won’t be coming back.

Nice location.The baristas are nice, tables are clean, and food and drinks are ready fast. The music is a little loud at this location, but it’s still pretty comfortable and there’s a bathroom unlike other locations in the city. They also fill up cups properly and always add chunks of dried fruit in refreshers unlike other locations that sometimes skip that step. If they make a mistake with your drink they fix it without an attitude. There’s a nice mural on the wall too. I’ve frequented this location a lot and it’s really great. Shoutout to the team there! Please bring back the blackberry sage refresher and the pineapple dragonfruit one. They were so good. Mango dragonfruit is mid and strawberry açaí has been here forever. Not really a fan of these pop-in-mouth pearls in the summer drink. Looking forward to the next refresher.

When visiting New York from Florida, I used this Starbucks location to get schoolwork done—it's perfect! This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I gave them chance after chance but it’s just too slow. Everyone drags their feet. I’ve placed orders through the app and waited to pick it up and it’s still not ready when I arrive. Today I watched a lady make my drink and leave it behind the counter while making another 3 other drinks. Then I asked her to hand me my drink. My sandwich was already cold by then. I’ve worked for Starbucks by wall st and it was a super busy location. And I know before you hand off a drink start the next one. But you don’t complete 3 other drinks before handing off the first one that’s ridiculous. It’s not all in the same order you can see the names on the cups. U would suggest better training on time. This location is always empty there shouldn’t be a 20 mins wait for a drink.
Came into store as soon as they opened and got kicked out within 5 minutes because I didn't purchase anything. Now I'm definitely not purchasing anything will take my money elsewhere Employees are definitely racist

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve been coming in regularly to have coffee and work from the center table, and the staff has always been incredibly courteous and kind.

I initially planned to celebrate my birthday with a drink here, but I've reconsidered. I'm not interested in encountering negativity, especially today. As a new resident, this Starbucks is my closest location, and I'm disappointed by the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I've noticed the owner's responses to many comments, and I suggest considering staff changes to mitigate the negative impact on your business.
