Gloria from Madagascar looking hoe had the nastiest attitude. Extremely rude to costumers and hates her job. If you hate it that bad leave don’t take it out on the people you want tips from.

They are nice but they move painfully slow! And prioritize chatting with each other and mobile orders rather than the customers in front of them when fulfilling the orders.

I order a shaken espresso almost daily in the last couple of years from this branch. They do not care about what you order. They prepare whatever they want. The shaken espresso I want is light ice, almost always they put much much more ice it should have.

When I brought this issue to the attention of staff, they told me that I should maybe order latte and there is nothing wrong with that drink.

I leave it to your judgment!

Very unprofessional customer service from on duty manager for the AM shift today. I requested a specific type of sugar that they had in stock but with the anger and frustration from the On Duty Manager, she refused my request. When I politely asked if another employee could assist me with my request, the shift manager instructed the other employee not to comply with my request, despite her willingness to help.

As a customer, I believe we are all entitled to courteous and professional service. It was disheartening to be treated with such disregard, particularly by a manager who go is responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Given the nature of this incident, I respectfully suggest that further training in customer service and conflict resolution may be beneficial for this team at this location.

Starbucks is known for its commitment to quality service. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that customers do not encounter similar treatment in the future.

Frequently short staffed. On 2 separate days I placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru. After a 20min wait in drive thru I told it would be a longer wait and I could come in to pick up my beverage. This called for me to now have to find parking (which is limited) and come in to pick up my drink.

Bald headed lady at the register is extremely rude and passive aggressive for no reason no matter the day. Other baristas also share the same nasty attitude making it hard to return. Terrible service and they never have anything in stock. I hope they see this too.
