Extremely disrespectful. Had to wait an hour for a croissant just to receive attitude from an employee saying I didn’t pay for it when I did. Refused to give me a birthday drink when she showed proof of birthday. Terrible experience never coming here again. Please hire some people who are considerate especially those at the cash registers .

The employees at this store have the worst attitude. They dont follow the rules or serials of the order. You can go to the store and wait for an hour for just one drink. They will yell at you for asking for the drinks update, the drink that you paid for, not free. I dont understand how can they act or behave like that to their customers. I work near to a bank from this Starbucks. I would not recommend any of my clients to go to this store. The rude barista’s name was Theresa. She just throw the drinks to me. It wasn’t made well either, its full of ice. No milk or mocha powder

Place clean staff nice food great And on point with what you want Amazing coffee am glad it’s here But I got charged twice on two occasions one 45.00 on a twenty six dollar transaction then again Dec 8 th $46.07. -+ $30.07 and the $28.54 = $105.50 Got charged three times for three lattes and three sandwiches not cool I won’t be going back to this shop
This is the most low life Starbucks ever! The workers are rude as can be. I politely said hello when I placed my mobile order I was ignored I ask for straws I was ignored. If you are a miserable person don't work there! I have brought it up to the manager and she is as bad! Time to clean house and get good workers. Don't catch an attitude with me because my drinks pay your weekly paycheck. I have even seen them spit into drinks while making them. I have reported it to corporate and then don't care! Lowlife workers. I respect everyone I don't care what your job is but don't ever respect me for no reason at all.

I ordered a venti pink drink with no ice and it wasn’t even filled up fully it was the size of a grande pink drink I asked why and they said because I ordered no ice. I also ordered a grande one and there was only half of it other Starbucks give you a full drink without or with ice. They are really cutting corners

I have to make this comment because of disappointment. I ordered in this store almost everyday spent $20+ per meal and walk home with satisfaction but this morning it was a huge disappointment that one of the service crew refused to give me a small paper bag and have to pay 5cents,. I have 4 items including trenta size of drink and its not convenient to hold all of them. They never ask me to pay for the bag every time i pick up my order because i have lot of stuff and its understandable for other crew to hold at one hand. Its so disappointing that they loose a loyal customer like me who spent so much each meal so easily for just 1 small paper bag.
