Between the early afternoon and closing time this location is an absolute joke, the consistency of their inconsistent beverages is abhorrent. Every single time I’ve gotten a drink at this location later in the day it’s as if the staff workers are hitting their heads against the wall and forget how to make a cup of coffee. It’s gotten to the point where if I order anything after 4PM I could bet they’re gonna mess up the order and win every single time.

The nastiest workers, constantly making mistakes, and then giving customers an attitude. Guys go work somewhere else lmao no one holding you to this job with customer service. Chargin wrong prices, I already forgave 2$ up charge just to get out of the line, and they gave me an attitude .

We ordered a grande hot latte with 1 pump of pumpkin spice and one hot cappuccino. Both drinks were great. We also ordered the gouda cheese bacon and egg sandwich, it was delic! The raccoon cake pop was also good and cute.

Got all 3 drinks wrong!!!!!!!! When you pay this much for coffee, customers should not be disappointed! I ordered 2 coffees….. 1 extra hot….. by the time I went back in to exchange the matcha that was wrong…… 30 min later I go to drink the “extra hot coffee” and it was cold! Yes, it took them 30 min to redo the matcha drink!!!!!! And the person doing it had to ask 2 other workers how to make it!!!!!!! Iced vanilla matcha protein latte!!!!!!!! The cortado was a shaken oat cortado, when I ordered a regular cortado….. both coffees called for Splenda and neither had it!

I am so sick and tired of ordering from this location and getting the order wrong that I’m done ordering from this location! I’m paying a lot of money to be continuously disappointed! It’s just not worth the aggravation! Management at this location needs to do better! Pay attention to what your workers are doing and retrain them to know how to read and make the drinks correctly!

Too bad because I was happy when this location came to the neighborhood…… now I could care less if it’s one of the locations that close down! Good riddance!

After a long day at the doctor, I went to the mall with my mom. When I saw the Starbucks, I got excited because I had been wanting her to try the pumpkin cream chai.

When we walked in, there were only two people ahead of me in line, but no one acknowledged us. We stood there waiting for about five minutes before anyone came to take our orders. I understand they also had drive-thru orders, but there were at least two people working that and one barista behind the counter.

Eventually, another barista came over to take orders. She seemed frustrated and had an attitude, but I tried not to take it personally, figuring she was just overwhelmed. When it was my turn, I asked if they had any cheese danishes. She bent down to check, so I paused to make sure she heard me. When she came back up, she waved her hand at me and said in a very rude tone, “you can keep going,” as if to rush me. I felt that was uncalled for because I was only making sure she could hear my order without raising my voice.

I then asked for two pumpkin cream lattes, thinking that was the pumpkin cream chai I wanted. When the drinks came out, I realized they were pumpkin spice lattes instead. I was upset for three reasons: one, it wasn’t the drink I had been talking about for weeks; two, I had really wanted my mom to try it; and three, I had already waited so long that I didn’t want to wait again.

When I told them this wasn’t what I wanted, the barista who took my order walked past and told the other worker, “she said pumpkin cream latte.” I explained that I meant the pumpkin cream chai, but she snapped back that they didn’t have that drink and could only add pumpkin cream to something else. She did offer to remake it, but by then her tone and attitude made me so uncomfortable that I decided I won’t be returning to that Starbucks again. The cheese danish was cold, it was just terrible.

Being a Starbucks gold member and experiencing many Starbucks across the states it’s one of my favorites to get my treats. This really was the worst experience I’ve had at any starbucks.

The quality is consistently great and the café is clean, but it’s severely understaffed. Expect to wait 30+ minutes for a simple order, even during off-peak hours. Unless you have time to spare, consider using the drive-thru on foot—it might actually be faster.

Extremely disrespectful. Had to wait an hour for a croissant just to receive attitude from an employee saying I didn’t pay for it when I did. Refused to give me a birthday drink when she showed proof of birthday. Terrible experience never coming here again. Please hire some people who are considerate especially those at the cash registers .
