Today I visited this location for the first time! The cleaning boy cleaned the tables and countertable with the same broom he used to clean the floors?‍??‍? Nobody from the staff told him to clean the tables with the cleaning cloth. This was awful. I am shocked ?

i asked for a large refresher she gave me a small one, then i asked if she can charge me and give a large refresher. she charged me and simply she mixed some water and ice gave it right back, wasn’t expecting that from well known

One of my favorite Starbucks locations!! Not really super busy. You can normally get a table if you want to hang out or study. Place is clean. Staff is AMAZING. Some of the nicest people! They’re a great team with a terrific work ethic. They CARE about getting your order right. Really enjoy coming here. I’m a regular so if you decide to stop by and you see me, say hello!

I have been waiting for like 30 mins just for one drink,they didn’t even care about the people waiting in the store they only care for the drive thru insanely mad. Never coming here!?

I have been going to this location for over a year now. Honestly this was the best starbucks location for me. However, for last 2-3 months the place became exrteamly bad (due to change in staff I guess).New team members are rude, cannot get the order right (they think Latte is 80% coffee 20% milk). Lie straight to your face that they made your order correctly.Manager lady is another story. She has this attitude of not respecting customers and does not even know her own store policies on refills (asking you to sit for 20 minutes for no reason. Even if you finished your drink much quicker)!In a nutshell this place gone downhill very badly. Will not be visiting this store anymore. Even though it us the closest location to my house, I value quality over convinience.I hope management will take actions to improve the situation. And we all can enjoy a great cup of coffee again!

This Starbucks location is a disappointment with its employees' poor customer service. On my first drive-thru visit, the male barista was rude and unwelcoming, making us feel like an inconvenience. Hoping for a better experience, I returned today, only to encounter the same attitude from a female barista. Is this a part of this locations customer service training? Why work in customer service with a negative attitude? You’re better off working for a job where customer interaction isn't required.Their lack of friendliness contrasts sharply with other Starbucks locations I’ve been to. It's disgusting when a customer service-based establishment like this, fails to prioritize positive interactions. Don't go to this location, unless you're prepared for rudeness with your order.

I ordered small peppermint hot chocolate, impossible breakfast sandwich without eggs and cheese and hot apple juice, order came completely spilled, neither of the drinks had a secure tag on, sandwich soaked wet of course but what was most weird is whatever was left of the hot apple juice was little droppings of apple juice with some hot white liquid, maybe milk? door-dash refused a refund of $30 for “poorly handled item” , I called the store and spoke to the manager, I was super super nice, told her I am just calling because besides the fact that drinks where spilled and sandwich soaked, I was not complaining even through door-dash refused the refund and that I was just calling to let her know I got some weird looking white liquid with apple juice floating in it like an oil, her answer - “we don’t even have an apple juice” - and giggle, which kind of makes sense why they sent me some steamed milk instead, I just told her I was placing a new order and that maybe she wants to ask workers not to send steamed milk for an apple juice, still I am super nice and polite, she proceeds to say she’ll put the gift card in my order, order arrived- no gift card in it. Here are the picture’s of the first order that door-dash wont refund me for. Third picture of the drink is a supposed apple juice.

Usually I don’t write reviews, we all humans and we all getting tired or annoyed. But! The asian lady that works there was very very very rude ! Had nasty attitude! We ordered vanilla latte, she charged us for extra vanilla that we didn’t add. Management should really consider removing this employee, most of negative reviews are dedicated to this lady.

The female Asian manager is rude ! Please learn customer service . We should not be feeling scared to speak up on our order . For example : If you speak up about your order (whether they mistakenly missed something or whether you want more milk because they made it too dark or whatever ) - without us being rude—-she responses rude , she’s never wrong and acts like if she’s the one paying for it herself ! Always has a rude explanation. learn some customer service - and put yourself in the paying customer shoes . Starbucks is a multi billion dollar industry. Chill out- and don’t make our coffee runs a misery. Other than that - the other female at the drive thru is the sweetest and we are happy when she greats us and takes our orders.
