I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for a **grande latte with blonde espresso, oat milk, and a triple shot**. I’ve been drinking this coffee for the past six months, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste.
However, the drink I received was made with **regular milk, regular espresso, and without the extra shot**. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I was already on the subway and couldn’t return to the store to have it remade.
I’m really disappointed, as this isn’t the drink I ordered.

I’ve been a loyal customer here and usually come for my drinks. Today, I just wanted to get some water, but was forced I had to buy something first. That’s disappointing and unnecessary. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a regular customer , I won’t be coming back!!!

I am a longtime Starbucks customer, I am shocked to notice when I stopped by here, bought an iced caramel Macchiato and asked to use the bathroom, they refused. Instead they sent me to the Pizza place across the street, which understandably annoys them that another establishment treats them like a public restroom. The staff (Anatolian Gyro), despite this, was super professional despite the disrespect (and the fact that they are not a pizza place only).
I told the Starbucks staff and he laughed it off. Very rotten. Very unprofessional.

Now I understand why you guys have a 3.7 rating. A girl working at the counter didn’t even know the menu. I asked for a bacon sandwich, and she replied, “What kind of bacon?” Like, what do you mean? I don’t want just bacon on a piece of bread, girl 😭 I want a sandwich! I literally pointed at what I wanted, and she still gave me the wrong item—so funny.
Also, just focus on doing your job. Don’t be racist—it’s unprofessional and disappointing.
