Good place I came here every day back when I lived there but customer service could be better. This nice disabled boy comes in often. Nobody helps him. Sad to know he’s been sleeping on floors at strangers apartments 6 years now. Someone needs to give him a house of his ow. When I lived in Brookyn I let him stay on my floor for a year until I moved and now I’m doing better with a higher paying job in Ohio. He doesn’t ask for anything just to sleep on floor at night then goes during day. I wanted to take him with me here but he said he can’t go so far away. but someone needs to do more to help this guy!

they do not shake drinks. i don’t know if that’s the new standard but it is very upsetting to receive a drink that is warm on the bottom (because they pour the juice straight into the cup) and cold on top. you can clearly tell it’s not shaken due to different temps within the cup and layered colors. this is my 3rd attempt and i’m very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Disappointing Experience at This Location – May 23, 12:05–12:15 PM
I visited this Starbucks today with a group of coworkers while on a school field trip. Initially, our experience started off well—the young woman at the register was polite, patient, and very helpful as I coordinated our group’s orders over the phone. I placed the first four drinks while the rest of the group finalized their choices.
Unfortunately, our experience took a turn due to the behavior of the barista preparing the drinks. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The drinks were carelessly made—overfilled with ice and not even mixed properly. I asked for a tray since I had four drinks, but she ignored me, and I had to reach over and grab one myself. There were no straws or napkins provided.
When I asked for a bag (considering I had two sandwiches and four drinks), she coldly told me it would cost 5 cents—without offering any assistance or even acknowledging that I was still waiting on part of my order. Her dismissive attitude made the situation even more frustrating.
Due to this treatment, I chose not to place the remaining five drink orders. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, as it reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand. Guests—especially during busy times—deserve to be treated with respect and basic courtesy.

One of the best Starbucks in Brooklyn, the staff is attentive, cordial & professional. Nice atmosphere to meet with friends & family, a quick business meeting or some study! This location is conveniently located next to R train station and offer some of the longest business hours compared to other Starbucks close by. The store manger Ilisa is one of the best Starbucks managers you can meet in the city. Shout-out to some of the best baristas in NYC.. Victor, Jay, Demian, Josh, Cliff, Brittany, Kimmy, Miranda, Gabby, Nylah, Rhys, & Lucy.
