Very slow. Ordered via my app at 5:00pm and did not receive my drink and sandwich until about 5:25pm. Food was great, my latte was a glass of iced milk with a dash of espresso. The convenience of being in Macys is a huge plus, though.

The guy working in Starbucks in Macy’s downtown Brooklyn is so unprofessional and ghetto!! I had to walk out of there. No customer service! I’ve never seen a Starbucks with such horrible employees! Totally rude and dismissive!!! Retrain them in customer service please.

My first time in. I will not be going back despite working in the area. This Starbucks’ sucks. I know it’s in the heart of Brooklyn but let’s be different. Young man with braids and a basketball hoop necklace should not be working the counter. Didn’t greet me because he was preoccupied with something else. Then mumbled something when he noticed me standing in front of him. Customer service is lacking. He had to make my drink twice because he wasn’t paying attention. I was the only customer by the way. So being busy is no excuse. Two thumbs down.
