So I got here at 7.45 and a guy in the front with dumbfounded face greeted me saying "ahhhh we are closed" so I asked what time they close since its posted for 8 pm. He replied saying I don't know i just came in... what? I hope the owner reads this and take action accordingly.

$13.49 for coffee. Don't do it. It hurts every time. This one is located within Target. Very rowdy. It looked like some of the employees here went from an orange jump suit to seving lattes.

Usually the place is just ok but I wanted to leave a compliment for the lady who was working at 8:40am on 12/1/2023. For some reason during this rush hour she was all by herself making drinks, food, and at the cashier. Of course the wait was long but she was the most efficient, hardworking and friendliest Starbucks barista i have ever met in NY.

Had a wonderful experience ordering my breakfast this morning. My Barista, Alex was very helpful with helping me navigate my food options. Will definitely be visiting this Starbucks again.

I am surprised at the lack of customer service. The girl with the nose piercing at the cashier was super rude to me my wife and I when trying to order. My wife tried offering a tea and was told that specific one was out of stock. She tried to order something else and the lady rudely stated “we have no teas iced coffees anything” . I ended up ordering I order a frozen refreshment and she rung it up saying it will be ready over there. Once the drink was made I stated I ordered it frozen and she explained there is no ice so I said that’s fine and left. Walking away I heard her ask the cashier if she told us about the ice and she stated she did also in a rude matter when in reality she failed to say there was no ice at all. She could have calmly told us but decided to be rude.Starbucks please find better employees and be sure they are trained well in customer service.

The Target Starbucks is not reliable. For example: (1) one recent day, part of the staff did not show up on time and a single employee was left to open the shop alone and late. (2) The oven went out for several weeks, was finally repaired, and now has gone out again. (3) The chairs are on top of the tables during open hours in the morning because Target has everything so departmentalized that the Starbucks employees have no responsibility for setting up their own seating area, and Target does not send other staff to tidy the area until partway through the morning. Ridiculous.

I waited almost 30 minutes to get my drink. The employees had a lot of attitude. I understand they were very busy and understaffed (given it was a starbucks in a target on a Saturday) but the employees were very rude and gave everyone attitude. It seemed like you were inconveniencing just by placing an order. After I noticed people who ordered after me had been receiving their drinks I kindly asked the barista if the cup for my drink was even with the other cups and he said “yea” as he continued to make drinks for people that came after me. The cashier who took my order noticed I had been waiting and asked what I was waiting for, which I appreciate. They then proceeded to tell me that after I had patiently waited for over 20 minutes, they had no more coffee and couldn’t make a mocha frappucino. Meanwhile they had been making drinks that were placed after mine with plenty of coffee. The barista made me a drink that “tastes the same as a mocha frappucino”, it was essentially a chocolate milkshake. I usually come to this starbucks every now and have receieved good service but this experience makes me never want to go again.

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with light whip cream, almond milk and extra caramel! I got maybe 1/4 a cup of the actual frap and 3/4 a cup of whip cream - I didn’t notice because the cup was covered in caramel drizzle. She was making 3 other peoples caramel ribbon crunches and I guess gave me the remaining since I was last to order it.
