LOVE THE WHOLE STAFF, specially John, Tameka, Chanelle, Brianna and the 2 white girls, lol. I don’t remember their names. Everyone is always polite and fast. I’ve come mornings and evenings and while I’m not familiar with the evening staff, they’re polite and always a warm greeting as well. Some of the regulars, Tameka, Chanelle are no longer there but even the new staff are pleasant. Love them.

While I personally don't care for Starbucks' food (not this location specifically, just in general) every time I've ordered a drink here it's been a pleasant interaction, even when they've been busy. Really enjoy Starbucks' coffee, and this location is chill and convenient.

I came in earlier in the day to purchase a Starbucks coffee and then came in a few hours later to use the bathroom and the employee refused to give me the code unless I purchased something. Pathetic that there’s a lack of human decency. walked to another local shop not only purchase something, but will be not returning here.

In this hipsterville aka Williamsburg/Greeenpoint hood there are hipster overpriced coffee shops on every corner and two in the middle of the block - but somehow I find this Starbucks the most neighborhood friendly spot !!!
Product - Consistent Atmosphere - Chill (just the way we like it) SERVICE - THE BEST , baristas are personal warm and friendly, they have more personality than any of these shops around , always remember your order … GREAT LOCATION !!!
