Walked in to ask about allowing my 6 year old to use the restroom and was told i had to buy something for the code, i told them i just made a purchase in another starbucks (which i actually did and i also get doesnt help them but i mentioned it just to show im actually a customer and it was just bad timing. I was told no it doesnt matter you have to purchase something here. Theres some 4 dollar cookies over there you can buy. I said im not buying anything thats ridiculous and asked for the store manager which apparently the person i was speaking to was the store manager. Listen i get “store policies” and whatever. I also understand that they DONT have to let me use their restroom ive worked customer service and food service and understand all of that. But Something simple as letting a 6 year old use the rest room is human decency ESPECIALLY in 90 degree weather when theres like nothing else around. It shows how customer friendly or kid friendly they are.

I walked in asking for a cup of water and I was immediately told I need to order something without even finishing my sentence, the staff made the environment a place I don’t want to be at.

I understand now they charge 5 cents for the bag , but you gonna tell me I’m spend 30 dollars almost every day and one day you can just get me one bag to put my stuffs is so disappointed plus they take forever to give the order and I never complain

I felt the customer service could have been a bit more friendly. Also the bathroom was a mess and there was no toilet paper.
Sucks so bad. Deeply unappealing atmosphere, inattentive staff, and the coffee is bad. Just go across the street to choice.

I had a bad experience today. 3rd time here, so 66% satisfied to date. Cashier was very very nice, considering the function to order ahead wasn’t available (1st world problems)
This one involves the barista cleaning stainless steel, with the sanitation chemical spray, WHILE handling my drink (drink prep and cup contact)
Had to ask the barista to take the gloves off and got a negative non verbal response.
I proceeded to pull my $2 tip away. At least everything else was clean, aside from the garbage bins that were overflowing.
To management,
Ensure your baristas are not cross contaminating.
I will return and give them another shot if the store is on my way home.
Came to this Starbucks at 7:20 am just to see that it’s closed no signs on the door lights off. We come to Starbucks for our morning coffee fix the hours are suppose to be standardized very disappointing

The music is too loud! That’s my one complaint, but it’s kind of a deal breaker. I go there to journal and read like many people do at coffee shops and it’s so distracting. And it’s not even coffee shops style music. It’s seriously like a club. I have noise canceling headphones and I could still hear it over my music. I tried to endure it but I couldn’t do it, I ended up leaving.
