They were working slowly

Today I placed my usual mobile order through the app, with a scheduled readiness time of 11:30 AM. Not only was the order not ready on time, but I hadnāt received any part of itāeven the Madeleines, which require no preparation. When my coffee was finally handed to me, two additional items were still missing.
The underlying issue was obvious: the store was being run by one of the slowest, least-coordinated teams Iāve seen at a Starbucks. There were at least 8ā10 customers waiting, and the staff appeared far more focused on delivery-pickup orders than the customers standing right in front of them. The in-store experience was completely neglected.
When I asked about the missing Madeleines, I was told someone needed to āgo downstairs to the basementā to check on stock. It was 11:30 AMābarely two hours after openingāand somehow they were already unprepared.
The situation escalated when the manager approached. Instead of taking ownership of the chaos or helping the overwhelmed team, he sat back and contributed nothing to clearing the backlog. When I mentioned I had an extra item pending and asked why it was taking so long, his response was to tell me to leave the store. I asked for a refund for the incomplete order, and he refusedāsimply instructing me to exit.
Bottom line: this location was completely unprepared, poorly managed, and dismissive of basic customer service. The lack of coordination and refusal to resolve an issue that stemmed from their own operational failures is unacceptable.

The employees are very rude
Came into this location this morning was 2nd in line to pick up the Bearista glass cup. The people at the Starbucks told me yesterday that they had it in stock and that it was being released today. The doors open and we walk in and ask for the cups and the girl was looking at us like we had two heads and they didnāt know what we were talking about. She said they were sold already. Now my question is, if a product is releasing today how is it already sold out. Obviously they were holding it for themselves. I will never be back to this location. That is the most disingenuous they could be to a Starbucks customer. Starbucks corporate please look into this.

The staff was rude about my service dog.
Walked in to ask about allowing my 6 year old to use the restroom and was told i had to buy something for the code, i told them i just made a purchase in another starbucks (which i actually did and i also get doesnt help them but i mentioned it just to show im actually a customer and it was just bad timing. I was told no it doesnt matter you have to purchase something here. Theres some 4 dollar cookies over there you can buy. I said im not buying anything thats ridiculous and asked for the store manager which apparently the person i was speaking to was the store manager. Listen i get āstore policiesā and whatever. I also understand that they DONT have to let me use their restroom ive worked customer service and food service and understand all of that. But Something simple as letting a 6 year old use the rest room is human decency ESPECIALLY in 90 degree weather when theres like nothing else around. It shows how customer friendly or kid friendly they are.

I walked in asking for a cup of water and I was immediately told I need to order something without even finishing my sentence, the staff made the environment a place I donāt want to be at.

I understand now they charge 5 cents for the bag , but you gonna tell me Iām spend 30 dollars almost every day and one day you can just get me one bag to put my stuffs is so disappointed plus they take forever to give the order and I never complain
