Most of the time the employees aren’t very friendly. Today 11/11 around 10:45 am the two employees were slammed but were so friendly and kind, it made my day. I wish I would’ve gotten their names, I will definitely be back!
I came to the mall to return some items and was pleasantly surprised to see that a Starbucks had been put in the spot where the old bagel shop was. Usually I would have to go all the way over to the barclays centre the other side of the mall or upstairs and target, which can be a hassle when I'm going to the other side of the mall. Also some of the employees at the other locations in the area can be pretentious or crabby. So it was a fresh experience coming into a new location...read full review

Found my recent experience very disappointing. I asked for a water with fruit inclusions and was asked by bar staff"what am i looking at?" Then to be told to redo my order and get charged for a tea when it was not a tea. I didn't work at starbucks to get beat in the head for an extra 3 dollars for water with inclusions that i already paid 3 dollars for. Won't be coming to this location again. Rather make the walk down to Hoyt.
