I visited the location on Hanson and Ft Greene pl today yo pick up my mobile order. My order was ready when I arrived. However I asked for 6 pumps of classic syrup in my drink. I tasted it and it had none. I asked the young lady working the cold beverage station if she could add it because there was none in there. She rolled her eyes a little and asked me to remove the lid and hand the cup to her. I did so and she proceeded to the back counter to add it when I noticed the bottle was empty. She pretended to pump syrup in the cup and handed it back to me. I didn’t want to make an issue so I took my drink and left. I thought about it and wondered if this was how she treated people when spend their money all the time. She needs to be coached. As a manager myself I wouldn’t want anyone on my staff to intentionally deceive a customer
