I witnessed something incredibly disgusting yesterday. The girl working there wasn't wearing a head covering or anything to keep her hair back. As a result, a large amount of hair ended up in the blender. Initially, she tried to just take out the hair, but when that didn’t work, she decided to wash it it out. If I hadn’t been there, she would have simply continued without redoing the order. It was absolutely gross.

Well they always have two workers and they slow and take their time always talking and flirting with customers stay serving one person too long inconvenience they need better training rude always attitudes

The worst customer service you can get at any business in New york you can find it at this Starbucks. I ask the workers couple questions regarding my order and they gave me attitude. I will never get anything from this Starbucks inside target store at kings highway in brooklyn even if they gave it to me for free. My daughter used to work at Starbucks in the city some years ago and customer service was their priority.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS INSIDE TARGET STORE IN KINGS HIGHWAY IN BROOKLYN. NEW YORK. IF I HAD THE CHANCE TO GIVE THEN NO STAR AT ALL I WOULD.. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO GIVE THEN THE MINIMUM WHICH IS 1 START.. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT 1 STAR.

Came twice to this location in one week. Cashiers seem unhappy. On this occasion 2/2/23, at 6:15, the cashier didn’t speak when I said hello. I tapped to pay and didn’t get a receipt. Please hire customer friendly staff. Please try and provide the same friendly customer service offered in other NYC locations.

This is the worst Starbucks you come at 8 am they tell you they are closed. They never have Frappuccino I go today the girl tells me they don’t make Frappuccino after 6. I asked for a refresher she says we don’t have the purple piece I can give you strawberry. They need new employees who want to work

I dont usually make posts but my past 4 times visiting this Starbucks has left a sour taste in my mouth. There is a short young lady who always has a terrible attitude when helping customers. The last time I went there she made a drink that was missing whipped cream and when i told her she rolled her eyes, and took it up, clearly upset, then gave it back to us. I didn't get any straws so I asked her and she didnt even acknowledge me, she just threw the straws on the countertop and walked away. Furthermore, she instructs the cashiers not to take orders for any coffee or drink that's requires using the machine past 6pm. She clearly needs to be trained properly in customer service because I have never experienced such horrible service from anywhere else in all of Brooklyn and that says a lot.

Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. They treat you like people. I have become very good friends with them. It's always a pleasure seeing them. I am grateful for them. I honestly think they deserve a promotion and/or raise. I love these two! If you guys are reading this, see you soon, Josh and Mia :)
