One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. I always order the same Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino at other Starbucks locations and it’s consistently great, but this was my first time at this store — and what a nightmare.
The drink was blended so horribly that it felt like drinking a cup of broken ice cubes. Huge chunks of ice kept clogging the straw, making it basically undrinkable. To make matters worse, I asked politely for just a light sprinkle of cinnamon on top — instead they dumped what looked like half the spice jar on it. The result? Massive clumps of cinnamon mixing with giant chunks of ice. Absolutely disgusting.
And here’s the kicker: it was raining outside, there were no customers in line, and yet somehow they still managed to serve me the most careless, half-assed drink imaginable. What exactly was so hard about blending it properly and showing just a bit of effort?
This was my first visit to this location — and it will definitely be my last. Complete disgrace to the Starbucks brand.

I finally tried the iced pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks for the very first time, and wow—I totally get why it’s such a fall staple! 🎃☕ It’s sweet, creamy, and has just the right hint of spice without being too strong. The pumpkin flavor blends perfectly with the coffee, making it taste cozy and refreshing at the same time. Honestly, it feels like autumn in a cup. 🍂✨ I’d definitely order it again, especially on those crisp fall days

I ordered an Iced London Fog Latte, but received a hot drink instead — even though the label on the cup matched my order. On top of that, the taste was completely different from what I’ve had before. I’m very disappointed. Here is two pictures my previous order and today’s order.I hope more attention will be paid to orders in the future.

Work hours till 7:30, came 7.20 it was already closed ( it was my favourite Starbucks when it just opened, great coffee and stuff and they allowed me to order even after 7.30.

The employees there are rude. There were four customers waiting outside the store and it was already 6:30 when we try to inquire about the opening. They were so rude and did not give us a clear answer, while they were sipping iced coffee. I find that very unprofessional.
It is an excellent location, as you can grab a cup of coffee and head straight for the train or bus. Being in a high-foot-traffic area certainly attracts a lot of attention. Their service is excellent every time I visit—they are always super sweet. With plenty of seating, the only thing that I can understand people complaining about is that during the week, it gets completely packed with high school and college students, but that's to be expected, especially during the week. As many reviews say only two people are working there at a time so I do wish that they had some extra help considering that they are dealing with such a large quantity of people who do come into that location but overall it is a great location. The staff is always nice, and I look forward to coming back.

This location never makes the drinks right. You gave them specific instructions and they do as they please. You order a matcha and they gave you milk with a dash of matcha. The question is why are they stealing from the customers because by my job the matcha definitely tastes like real match and not milk. If I didn't want Starbucks standards, I would have made my own drink at home. A formal complaint will definitely make it to the home office for investigation.

I’ve been to many different Starbucks locations, but this one is by far the best! The customer service is always amazing—everyone is so welcoming and kind. The drinks are consistently high quality, and you can tell they take care in making them just right. The store itself is always clean, which makes the whole experience even better. Walking in and being greeted with a smile and a warm “Good morning and Have a great day!” truly brightens my mornings. Highly recommend this location!
