We bought a special-edition Starbucks tumbler, and later noticed a crack on the side. We went back to the store to exchange it, and the amazing barista Karina helped us right away without any hesitation. Such great service! We’ll be back just to experience service like that again ❣️ Thank you!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to 25 mins just for a small coffee
I am leaving this review mainly to raise a concern regarding the conduct of the manager (I don’t know her name) at this store. Over the past few times I have come into this store, I have observed repeated instances where her communication with both customers and employees that has been disrespectful and unprofessional. I can’t imagine being so miserable as a person. I won’t be back here and I think Starbucks needs to get a new manager, one who doesn’t always have a horrible attitude

This has to be one of the most poorly run Starbucks in all of NYC. You’ll wait almost 10 minutes to place an order and when someone does come out to the register, they’re slow and looking at an iPad, surprised to see a line of people with no urgency. Go to the corner store for a latte. Just as good. And they actually do their job.
