Please go literally anywhere else for coffee. Starbucks uses burnt beans for flavor consistency but neglects the human part of it. There’s zero chance you’ll get a well made coffee drink here, unless of course, you like sweet garbage.

Disappointing experience. Communication was terrible and the wait time was way longer than it should’ve been. Staff had plenty of time for side conversations with customers, yet orders were just sitting there untouched because there was clearly no guidance or coordination behind the counter.
By the time I finally got my drink, my hot white chocolate mocha was basically room temperature. That says everything. If you’re going to be busy, at least be organized and communicate. Do better.

Employees are lovely and efficient. This location is big, light filled and kept clean. Would visit again. Like any coffee shop, there are packed times and things may move slower than you’d like. Have patience and simply place your order ahead of time. It’s that simple.

When they first opened, this location was great. My mobile order was always ready and the staff was friendly. The last three time I've placed a mobile order here my name doesn't show up on the board, and when I ask for my drink I'm either told it just came in (20 mins after ordering) or someone took the drink. Today, after waiting an extra 7 mins after my ready time, I noticed my cup was maybe 80% full. I'm done with this location and it's a shame because it's so spacious and clean.

Would’ve never thought a Starbucks would open in my neighborhood but I actually like this location! I’m glad Starbucks gave us a real, huge Starbucks that I can study in and relax instead of one of those half assed locations (I’m looking at you target)

Never have I ever walked into Starbucks begging for a drink and today was not going to be the first. I ordered ahead on the app because parking on Church Ave is chaos. I gave myself time, drove over, walked in and my two drinks were sitting there with my name printed clear as day. One of two and two of two.
One was wrong so I let the woman behind the counter know. She snatched the cup, called the name, and when I raised my hand she looked straight at me and said it could be someone else’s drink. The tone, the side eye, the attitude were all unnecessary. If you hate your job that much mama, quit! She asked the guy to remake it and guess what he still got it wrong and I get it, it can be muscle memory and I’m not even mad that he made a mistake. I’m mad because she tried to belittle me in front of other people.
It is about respect. If you cannot speak to customers without being rude maybe you should not be at the counter. My mother always said first impressions last and she was not lying. That was my first time at that location and it will be my last. I spend real money at Starbucks seven days a week and have never been treated like that until today.

No reason why my order is marked as ready via app and when I reach it’s not ready. What’s the point of mobile pick up if employees are lying saying it’s ready to save their SLA’s.
Waited over 10 mins for a drink and sandwiches sat there getting cold. PLEASE HIRE MORE THAN ONE PERSON FOR A MORNING RUSH HOUR. Very annoying, won’t be ordering for a while if yall this slow in the morning..

The staff at the Church Ave Starbucks are incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. I'd like to single out the cashier, Mel, in particular. They were so happy and welcoming and they went out of their way to engage with me pointing out how much they liked my tattoos! But all 3 staff on shift this morning were so super nice and helpful. 5/5, 10 out of 10, you get a car, etc.
