Telling me there is not enough Carmel for my frapp is a poor excuse for my carmel frapp with extra Carmel. Am I the last customer? It's only 2:55pm get another bottle of Carmel syrup

I ordered a matcha with almond milk( which I paid additional for) and got whole milk just because I didn’t tip. Now I’m feeling nauseous. Just because I didn’t tip, my health was put at risk. Tipping culture is a disease. Like come on, making drinks was part of your job description when hired. Tipping is optional, not mandatory. As per anyone who believe that I should’ve tip- don’t be so quick to judge my finances. Paid for a drink that I’ll probably throw up cause I didn’t tip.

Totally racist, they ignore the delivery people... Two workers of color on the morning shift. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I went on Thursday before 6 pm. when the Grande drinks were supposed to be half-off, and I was charged the full price. This is the only Starbucks this has happened at.

The staff here are fantastic. I asked for a new kind of drink to try and I was walked through what ingredients are in it. Everything was delicious. My order was finished in a timely manner considering how busy it was when I wanted Starbucks. I recently moved to this area so I am excited to make this my go to Starbucks stop.

I ordered the Frozen Mango Dragon Fruit lemonade and it was the worse. Barely had any ice, was beyond sweet with a red syrup which was added at the bottom of the cup and had no lemonade flavor in it. Would NOT recommend that location.

This Starbucks is pretty blah. I've been to others that have great music and cozy chairs. But not here. I

Step right up, ladies and gentlemen, for a front-row seat to the mind-boggling world of Starbucks, where the art of customer connection goes to die! Prepare yourselves for a tale filled with frustration, confusion, and a side of laughter, as I recount my recent encounter with the epitome of impersonal coffee experiences. As I walked through the doors of Starbucks, I was greeted by a scene that made me question whether I had entered a coffee shop or a beehive. Baristas darted around like caffeinated hummingbirds, their faces etched with stress and their eyes reflecting a desire for escape. I braved the chaos, eager to see if I could find solace in the company of a warm beverage and a genuine human connection.Alas, what I encountered was a heartbreaking reality. As I approached the counter, the barista's eyes glazed over with a vacant stare, their voice devoid of any enthusiasm or interest in my existence. It was as if I had become an insignificant blip on the caffeine radar, a mere transaction in the sea of coffee orders. I longed for a moment of genuine human connection, but all I received was a robotic repetition of the words, "What can I get for you?"I attempted to engage the barista, hoping to share a small snippet of conversation, a spark of connection in this cold, caffeine-driven world. But my efforts were met with hurried glances, frazzled movements, and a palpable sense of disinterest. It felt as if they were playing a twisted game of "Guess the Customer's Life Story," with my hopes of a genuine connection dwindling faster than a forgotten frappuccino. The bustling atmosphere seemed to magnify the disconnection. The baristas, like overwhelmed soldiers in a coffee war zone, battled an army of orders, brewing espressos with a blend of skill and desperation. The cacophony of grinding beans and hissing steam drowned out any potential for meaningful conversation. It was as if Starbucks had become a place where baristas were trapped in a caffeine-fueled hamster wheel, leaving little room for authentic human interaction. But let's not forget the customer side of the equation. As I stood amidst the coffee chaos, I found myself longing for a moment of camaraderie, a sense of community that is said to accompany the coffeehouse experience. Instead, I felt like a lonely latte lost in a sea of disconnection. Conversations around me were hushed whispers drowned by the overwhelming noise of the coffee machines. It was a room full of individuals, each lost in their own caffeinated bubble, without a hint of curiosity about the people sharing this space. In conclusion, Starbucks, it appears you have lost sight of the very essence of a coffeehouse experience—human connection. The baristas, burdened with stress and busyness, have become mere purveyors of caffeinated beverages, detached from the customers they serve. And as a result, the once vibrant space that fostered community and conversation has become a noisy and disconnected coffee assembly line. So, Starbucks, I implore you to reclaim the spirit of connection, to breathe life back into the art of conversation, and to remember that a warm smile and genuine interest in your customers can transform an ordinary coffee run into a meaningful human experience.May we all find our way back to the heart of what truly matters—the simple joy of shared moments and genuine connections, one cup of coffee at a time.
