Alex is amazing, I see him every morning or my coffee and he knows me so well after a couple of days of coming in at first he remembered me got my order down pat he’s so sweet and personable, outstanding customer service. Alex keep up the great work and thank you for making my mornings amazing.

Store front and internet say 0700 open. Two days in a row closed. Today I come at 0715 the barista, if you can call him that, says five minutes. So at 0723 I go in and he informs me that opening is at 0730... ???? I attempted to ask for a medium roast but he just continued to pour what he was gonna pour. The coffee was horrible, tasted like water. Was a complete waste of time and money.

Alex is amazing!! Literally has me excited to get coffee just to chat with him. Makes you feel special every time you enter the store. I thought it was just me (LOL) but I see this is how he makes every customer feel. Definitely an asset to the store.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Starbucks! I work in the area so I frequent this location and have never had a bad experience here. Service is prompt, efficient and the drinks are always delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And shout out to my favorite barista, Alex, who always has a smile for me, brightens up my day and has been working hard all during this pandemic! ?

Alex is amazing. First off his personality is always a rainbow on a rainy day. Secondly he shines when I give him the creative freedom with my drinks. AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE... he is amazing enough to work through this COVID-19 pandemic.

I am a healthcare provider around this Starbucks, and me and my co workers are very disappointed in the service from this Starbucks. I am a Starbucks lover always encouraging ppl to shop at Starbucks, However, the gentleman Aneuris who works at this location is seemed annoyed to be there and was giving me attitude. My co-workers and I go there almost everyday and he seems to always have an attitude. I ordered a vanilla chai tea and he gave me a latte,The banana bread was still in the plastic wrap, I asked for a sugar he gave me four little packs. I’ve not ever experienced such thing at any other Starbucks. We’re out here trying to fight COVID-19 and I know it’s hard but we have to stick together not be rude and annoyed when doing your job.
