Had Hanukkah cookies delivered to my house. A small early present. I was planning on ordering some for my friends. When they arrived. Cookies are broken and a mess. Terrible packaging. Won’t order now. What a shame.

My complaint is for a delivery. The order was placed thru Amazon and was suppose to be delivered July 13 for my grandson’s birthday and now it won’t be delivered til JULY 18. So pathetic. Your company should be ashamed lying about being able to deliver on time

I have been eating and ordering sugar free pastries for yrs from bakeries far and wide and the sugar free rugalach is the best I ever had . Highly recommended if you like rugs they have that and other quality items on Amazon . Each piece was individually wrapped and fresh

Ordered Linzer Cookies through Walmart. Cookies came individually wrapped, in a flimsy plastic container, then in a paper shipping envelope. Every single cookie was smashed and so dry, you need a spoon to eat them. Looks like it's a problem most ppl are having. Walmart wanted me to return them, which being the week before Christmas, I just don't have time to do, so they got it over on me I guess. Won't order from this place again for sure. They need to put their products in boxes when shipping baked goods.

Usually they’re good, this time it was extra weird and tasted funky, not sure why. Some were also stale and my mother law Marry-Ann complained as well.

Received my order for the Hungarian Poppyseed roll. We are very pleased with the product and it is delicious. It tastes very similar to what my mother made 50+ years ago! Will definitely order this again and try some other items.
