Typical Brooklyn diner. Got vegetarian omelette with bacon and American cheese and it did not disappoint. Good place for breakfast or a bite to eat

This place is closed, sign still there, outside still looks like Stewart's but there's a sign in the window that reads "Blossom Diner".
Very nice diner experience, food was good and recommend the strawberry milkshake

Second time ordering breakfast, and second time something simple like syrup for the pancakes and French toast, was forgotten.

This time I took a star off, because the French onion soup and bread tasted stale. The grilled chicken Italian wrap was bland. What a surprise, because this place is usually very good. I never had any complaints. But this time it was not worth the trip nor the money.

I frequented this place when it used to be Hinsch's and have eaten here a handful of times since the transition and it used to be decent but seems to slowly be going down hill. Last time I ate here, the fried food was not horrible but not how it should be because they don't seem to change the oil here. I forgot this fact and ordered 2 fried items, both of which are absolutely terrible. Since the oil seems to not be getting changed and the deep fryer cleaned out, the food looks burnt but is actually under cooked and it has a very distinctive but very bad taste and all the fried food I ordered tastes the same-like burnt, old oil. I also ordered mashed potatoes, which were mostly okay except for the cold, uncooked bits. The gravy is very good. I do not recommend the meatloaf. It's fatty, salty and the taste is not appealing. Lastly, they seem lacking in how to deliver fried items, as all the fried foods were soggy from the steam since the lids were not ventilated. Despite this, I still recommend the fried oreos. This was a disappointing dinner to say the least and not worth the $30, as most of it ended up in the trash. As a restaurant owner, I understand the need to make a profit and the difficulty doing so with the inflated food costs but I still don't find that as justification for charging people for this.
