This place maintains impressive standards. Staff manages busy periods with calm efficiency. Distinguished ingredients appear in every preparation. They've achieved elegance without overdoing it. This restaurant avoided common pitfalls.

Such a cozy wonderful welcoming Soviet restaurant. The food was delicious the portions were very good size and for affordable price. Highly recommend. All salads and soups are as fresh as it can get!

It is one of the best places for some Easter Europe traditional food. And the prices are not that high, I mean you can easily spend 20$ and eat enough!

Visited Stolovaya for lunch. The Charcho and Russian-style chicken dumpling soups were excellent! The Kiev chicken (I had it with mashed potatoes and my wife had it with buckwheat) was disappointing - dry and lacking flavor, felt overpriced. Kompot was perfect. The atmosphere was good, bustling with people. Service was excellent and fast. Overall, it has a Soviet Union vibe, though the food quality back then felt better. Good for a quick bite. I'd suggest trying other items on the menu.

Several people recommended this place to me. Today, I came specifically to eat. Honestly, I wasn't particularly impressed by the food, I took half a kharcho - the taste is normal for soup, home-style fried potatoes, which were oversalted, the chicken shashlik also tasted so-so, I didn't finish it. The atmosphere - you could hear a female waitress scolding another waiter about temperature control. For me, when I come somewhere to have a tasty meal, I wouldn't really want to listen to such things, I think the employees could solve such issues after work or before the start of the shift... Overall, I give it a 3, no more.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The grilled branzino was the best I’ve had. I’ve gotten chicken tabaka and lamb shish kebabs and Greek salad many times and they’re are always good.
