The food tasted okay.The service wasn't great they didn't make the sandwiches the way I wanted them made. They totally just ignored my request because they were busy worrying about the homeless that were begging . There was what looks like homeless people in the restaurant begging and in front of the store. I felt bad that the workers had to deal with that atmosphere. I like subways but in the future I will avoid this location

This location charges $16.32 for one foot long sub. I Ordered "The Beast" a sandwich that is advertised a meat lovers sub, the guy guy only put two very thin slices of meat on the sub. When I asked him about it he gave me an attitude and started talking in a foreign language. THE FOOD IS NASTY AND WAY OVER PRICED!

The store manager tried SCAMMING me telling me i never placed an order online. Whats worse, it was for COOKIES. I'm assuming he did not want to give me them because he could sell them in person for a lot more than he would online. I had given him the confirmation number, the order number and everything, and he still said because the receipt did not go through his end that it was never placed there, but the address shows that I placed it in that subway. Do not come here if you wanna get scammed especially for some cookies. he made another person pay for them even though he got his money already. Thats how low this manager is

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I came in for cookies not even a sandwich. I was left standing there for 2 minutes before ANYONE acknowledged me. After my order this man threw the cookies down on the counter no bag, no napkins, as if I was a dog!

I went in there w a coupon that they don't take....service was terrible...what I ordered was out....$7.07 for 6 inch sandwich....no wonder they were empty...Need customers rather then being cheap....Now you lost a paying returning customer that NEVER COMING BACK....

Everything was fine until it comes time to put my veggies on my 2 sandwiches and was told 5 items limited since when how are you telling customers there limited to what they want on there sandwich there paying for I use to work years ago in a subways in the bronx I been to subways also a thousand times and never heard of this I feel the guy working there tonight just didn't want to do his job saying there not authorized to do so sell that lie to someone else plus witness him getting smart with a customer before me Indian race guy with white facial hair needs to be fired that's un heard of I'm not buying it or won't be going back either

Tried this place three times, the man was slow, the woman even slower, they only have one person on in rush hour lunch. I ordered online for the third attempt and my wrap wasn’t ready, just to be told I will have to wait by the slow woman. Customer service 0.
