I love this location, here is why: Unlike other Subway branches in Brooklyn, the staff here is consistently polite, professional, and accommodating, especially when I call to make special requests. They always prepare my sandwich exactly as requested, which is particularly helpful since some delivery apps don't allow for detailed instructions. Today, Ovi Ahmed went above and beyond, even calling me back to confirm my order details. Every team member I've encountered at this location over the years has been professional and dedicated to providing great customer service. The management, whether local or regional, should be incredibly proud of this store's representation.
