I ordered for pickup WHILE inside they proceeded not to make my sandwhich, even though they werent DOUNG anything, the subway app than says my order is ready, i than tell them and they like Oh its here, and i pickup and keep in mind i asked 3 times before is it ready yet and they all said no... Than when i get my sandwich it is cold as heck, and i kindly asked if they can heat it up and they tell me to relax its only been done for 10 minutes. Now i have a cold sandwhich these workers need to be fired asap!!!!!

Messed up both items in my online order, didn’t toast, didn’t have correct breads, added raw onions and skipped other toppings
They lie about the hours they close early
I was the only walk-in during what seemed like a rush of app orders. Dudes handled their internet obligations and also took great care of me. Perfect customer service for the situation!

Service absolutely horrible . The same guy behind the counter does not have a sense of urgency and care . Does not know how to handle making a sandwich or prioritizing orders . Seen him ignore my mobile order and slowly make the sandwiches of three people in front of me . The whole reason I mobile ordered because I was standing on line for five years . Highly dislike , please go somewhere else , not worth your time and money . Half the items are always out of stock . They physically cannot keep up .

The workers at the subway is extremely rude and doesn’t know anything at all about customer service, you’ll walk inside the restaurant and they act as if you’re invisible. I hope this place shuts down soon! Mediocre sandwich with terrible employees!

I placed an order for delivery through the subway app and my order was never received or delivered. I called the store about a refund and they told me that I would have to write an email in order to do so which I find is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. For me not to be able to speak to a person and not get my money back as quickly as it was taken nor a call or follow up on a delivery that cannot be made. Was just all around horrible customer service to this point. At what point does someone place an order that cannot be completed and then the customer has to reach out to find out where is their food is and or money. This is a learning experience for me and one I will never repeat. People else where will be happy to receive my business. Called the store so I can get the number of the store to place a refund request through the email the told me. And since I placed an order online and never received a recite I could not complete the email to do a refund cause the associate in the store stopped picking up calls to my number. Just a horrible experience with this franchise.
