The workers at the subway is extremely rude and doesn’t know anything at all about customer service, you’ll walk inside the restaurant and they act as if you’re invisible. I hope this place shuts down soon! Mediocre sandwich with terrible employees!

I placed an order for delivery through the subway app and my order was never received or delivered. I called the store about a refund and they told me that I would have to write an email in order to do so which I find is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. For me not to be able to speak to a person and not get my money back as quickly as it was taken nor a call or follow up on a delivery that cannot be made. Was just all around horrible customer service to this point. At what point does someone place an order that cannot be completed and then the customer has to reach out to find out where is their food is and or money. This is a learning experience for me and one I will never repeat. People else where will be happy to receive my business. Called the store so I can get the number of the store to place a refund request through the email the told me. And since I placed an order online and never received a recite I could not complete the email to do a refund cause the associate in the store stopped picking up calls to my number. Just a horrible experience with this franchise.

They don’t care about vegetables and sauces. They just mess it up all the time during deliveries. Terrible subway!

This Location here.... PURE DISGUSTING.The way the employee work how they speak the level of professionalism. Horrible talking about penis and vagina. Cursing each other out and management. The food was horrible. This location needs to be under new management ASAP needs new employees who love doing what they're hired to do customer service was nasty. Not to mention employees were in a combative dispute with one another. Pure disgusting.

This is one of the worst subway locations I have ever been to management is horrible, customer service is un professional, the employee was cursing out his manager saying all types of fuck words. The worker looked high on way more then mariJuana. He dropped The whole sandwhich then got mad he had to redo another one. They were chatting horribly about bosses and how nasty eachother were. I honestly think this location needs a new team who enjoys doing what they do and are welcoming. PURE DISGUSTING!

Subway is fast food and I understand that, but still, $17 for a bad sandwich is frustrating. This spot is hit or miss, it either hits moderately or misses big time. Writing this post after a big miss and won't order again.

Great! Spicy Italian came out good. The staff was very efficient and polite. They were not stingy with the ingredients at all like how some other subways are. 10/10
