made a online order & seen an older woman employee making it . i put in the notes that i wanted the footlong toasted & cut into 4 pieces . i seen she did not toast the bread so i addressed her kindly & said hey thatās my order can you toast the bread please . & she already had put my choice of meat onto the bread so im guessing thatās why she said no & continued making my order . she then proceeded to put one dab of a condiment i asked for & not cut the sandwich at all . & i told her i put it in the notes & if she could toast it & cut it & follow the receipt . she then started to get loud & yell even at her other employees when they asked what the problem was . & she was saying the receipt said something else . but i know it didnāt cause i was staring at the same receipt as her. i donāt know if she was gaslighting me or being lazy but it didnāt seem like she wanted to take accountability for messing up my order . & i left but the manager, im guessing it was another employee, said heāll remake the sandwich for me . so it was solved .
Store closing time says 10pm they are closed before that time and all locked up honestly it's annoying

Use the app to order the sandwich even if you are in the store. You save more money ??? that way if you make sure to activate the deal they are offering or type in the code for it from under deals at the tail end of checking out. Particularly with Cashapp which gives you $ off each time.

These people are rude, disrespectful and judgmental. They have issues with people over ātheirā weight standards. Iāve been there twice in a 2 month span and each time it was a different person with the same rude attitude. I asked for a specific type of sandwich and they snidely recommend something else as if to say you shouldnāt be eating that. If they donāt like serving ācertain size people ā they shouldnāt be in the food business. Iām sure they donāt get paid for their judgements !! Just make the friggin sandwich!! There should be repercussions behind being so disrespectful!! I hope they lose their business. Unfortunately thereās no one to report these issues to so theyāll just continue to get away with it.
